Today, I want to lay out its terms for the world.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The 81-year-old posted a graphic on X that claimed the proposal was comprised of the following three phases:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Phase 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A complete ceasefire<\/li>\n<li>Withdrawal of Israeli forces from populated areas in Gaza<\/li>\n<li>Release of some hostages and some remains of hostages<\/li>\n<li>Palestinian civilians can return to their homes in Gaza<\/li>\n<li>A surge in humanitarian aid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Phase 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A permanent end to hostilities<\/li>\n<li>Exchange for the release of remaining living hostages<\/li>\n<li>Israeli forces withdraw from Gaza<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Phase 3<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Major reconstruction plan for Gaza<\/li>\n<li>Final remains of hostages are returned to their families<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Netanyahu\u2019s office debunked the graphic published by Biden, saying that its proposal allowed \u201cIsrael to continue the war until all its objectives are achieved, including the destruction of Hamas\u2019s military and governing capabilities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" aria-describedby=\"sk-tooltip-9096\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp&#038;source=gmail&#038;ust=1716990157394000&#038;usg=AOvVaw33qQydjIo8bet419amChif\">CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILYWIRE+ APP<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe actual proposal put forward by Israel, including the conditional transition from one phase to the next, allows Israel to uphold these principles,\u201d the statement continued.<\/p>\n<p>Nearly 12 hours later, Netanyahu\u2019s office issued a second statement that was even more pointed in countering Biden\u2019s claims.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIsrael\u2019s conditions for ending the war have not changed: The destruction of Hamas military and governing capabilities, the freeing of all hostages and ensuring that Gaza no longer poses a threat to Israel,\u201d the statement said. \u201cUnder the proposal, Israel will continue to insist these conditions are met before a permanent ceasefire is put in place.
