(AP Photo\/Evan Vucci)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Although Butker was in attendance, there was one notable absence on the South Lawn Friday: tight end <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/travis-kelce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Travis Kelce<\/a>\u2018s girlfriend, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/taylor-swift\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Taylor Swift<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019d have Travis Kelce come up here, but God only knows what he\u2019ll say,\u201d Biden said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy fellow Americans,\u201d Kelce started. \u201c\u2026 I\u2019m not going to lie, President Biden, they told me I\u2019d get tased if I came up here, so I\u2019m going back to my spot.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But Kelce did not joke when one reporter asked him where Swift was.
