That endorsement has since been removed from his website. <\/p>\n<p>Good first fell out of favor with Trump by backing Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) for the GOP presidential nomination early last year. He attempted to repair the relationship after the Florida governor suspended his campaign, endorsing Trump within minutes of the announcement.
