The jury found Trump guilty of all 34<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/05\/30\/kangaroo-court-convicts-trump-following-soviet-show-trial-in-new-york-city\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> nebulous counts<\/a> of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-claims-mother-teresa-could-not-beat-bragg-charges-as-jury-starts-deliberations\/\" title=\"Trump suggests Mother Teresa would be unable to overcome Bragg charges as jury begins deliberation\">falsifying business records filed<\/a> by far-left prosecutor Alvin Bragg, who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2021\/12\/20\/politics\/bragg-new-york-trump\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">campaigned for the office<\/a> on a platform of going after Trump. Billed as a \u201chush money\u201d trial on alleged payments made to a pornographer, Bragg performed extralegal alchemy in transforming a languishing misdemeanor charge into a federal campaign finance felony. Not even the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/05\/30\/rigged-biden-donor-judge-whose-daughter-raised-millions-to-defeat-trump-oversaw-soviet-show-trial-conviction\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">conflicted judge<\/a> in the case, a donor to President Joe Biden\u2019s campaign, seemed to fully understand the charges but knew enough to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/trump-witness-nixed-merchans-stringent-rulings-reveals-testimony-would-have-been\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">block an elections law expert<\/a> from testifying that there was no crime. <\/p>\n<p>What Americans \u2014 and the world \u2014 witnessed over the past several weeks was a Soviet-style show trial against Biden\u2019s political opponent and the left\u2019s public enemy No. 1. The stuff of banana republics. The Manhattan sham trial did all the talking. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith the verdict now I think you will have the grassroots absolutely unleashed. You will have those who have been supporters chipping in [more]. The timing, he said, was not a coincidence. Maguire said he had \u201cdrunk the media Kool-Aid\u201d on Trump in 2016 and contributed to and voted for Hillary Clinton. He said he was disillusioned in 2020 and didn\u2019t vote for Trump or Biden. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow, in 2024, I believe this is one of the most important elections of my lifetime, and I\u2019m supporting Trump,\u201d the 1-percenter wrote on his X account. \u201cI know that I\u2019ll lose friends for this. Some will refuse to do business with me. The media will probably demonize me, as they have so many others before me.
