She has been charged with multiple offenses including false alarm to \u200da public safety agency. The man, falsely accused, was arrested but\u2062 remains \u2062unnamed as \u200dhe is\u2062 innocent. It Was A Frame Job.\">woman falsely accused<\/a> him of trying to assault and kidnap her earlier this year.<\/p>\n<p>Anjela Urumova, 20, has been charged with false alarm to an agency of public safety and tampering with or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/exclusive-accused-texas-cop-killer-in-u-s-illegally-says-ice\/\" title=\"EXCLUSIVE: Accused Texas Cop-Killer in U.S. Illegally, Says ICE\">fabricating physical evidence<\/a>, two counts of false reports, and three counts of unsworn falsification to authorities, the Bucks County District Attorney\u2019s Office said in <a href=\"https:\/\/bucks.crimewatchpa.com\/da\/29567\/post\/woman-charged-lying-about-attempted-rape-and-kidnapping-middletown?fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAAR3YyQJlH5Db-8yWqwV0vy3hexB6_NaCPhKkKXWXkiAi3UHBsznwlTOuTo0_aem_AdltADxXs4BfzabSGY-ieNzHBLNr7UCMWY5AGMrMLUl5p27X1O9alwyrus6_pkDe37Wyl3F5f7Jk96_277cWqBca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a press release<\/a>. She was remanded to jail with a $30,000 bail.<\/p>\n<p>On April 16, Urumova called police from a Redner\u2019s grocery store parking lot, claiming a man had attempted to rape and kidnap her, Patch <a href=\"https:\/\/patch.com\/pennsylvania\/levittown\/man-tried-rape-kidnap-woman-lower-bucks-parking-lot-da\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a>. She claimed she had parked her truck near the back of the parking lot around 8 p.m. and just after she got out, a white male grabbed her from behind. She said she screamed but the man wouldn\u2019t let her go, pulled down her pants, told her to shut up, and punched her in the face.<\/p>\n<p>She said the man then lifted her and moved her toward his truck, but when she continued to scream, he let her go and ran back to his truck to escape.<\/p>\n<p>She described the man as around 6 feet tall, with a beard and short hair, balding, and wearing dark jeans and a black T-shirt. She described his truck as an older model Ford F-150 or F-250, blue, and covered in rust and dents.<\/p>\n<p>Police used surveillance footage to quickly track down the truck, which belonged to a relative of the man initially charged with the crime. The falsely accused man will not be named by The Daily Wire, since he is innocent. The man was arrested while driving a different vehicle but wearing the same clothes described by Urumova.<\/p>\n<p>He was charged with \u201ccriminal attempt to commit kidnapping to facilitate a felony, criminal attempt to commit kidnapping to inflict injury or terror, criminal attempt to commit rape by forcible compulsion, criminal attempt to commit rape by threat of forcible compulsion, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment and three counts of simple assault,\u201d Patch reported. He was sent to jail on a $1 million bond.<\/p>\n<p>Shortly after, authorities received a tip that the situation needed to be investigated further. Middletown Township Police then reviewed footage from multiple surveillance cameras that captured the area of the alleged attack, and a detective reviewed Urumova\u2019s cellphone data.<\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" aria-describedby=\"sk-tooltip-9096\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp&#038;source=gmail&#038;ust=1717170739895000&#038;usg=AOvVaw1Ps3XbgPF2rL6bDpL8t5Cu\">CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILYWIRE+ APP<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Investigators soon discovered inconsistencies and contradictions in Urumova\u2019s claims, so they confronted her with their findings and she admitted to making up the entire incident. She admitted that no assault had occurred and that she had targeted the man because she had seen him and the truck previously and found him to be \u201ccreepy,\u201d Law &#038; Crime <a href=\"https:\/\/lawandcrime.com\/crime\/20-year-old-woman-completely-made-up-story-that-a-man-tried-to-rape-and-kidnap-her-outside-of-supermarket-leading-him-to-be-wrongly-jailed-for-a-month-da\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As to the injuries Urumova claimed came from the man punching her in the face, she actually received them when her grandmother, who suffered from dementia, didn\u2019t recognize her and threw a plastic object at her, hitting her in the lip.<\/p>\n<p>A month later, the man was released from jail and the charges against him were dropped.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/s3.documentcloud.org\/documents\/24676310\/urumova-complaint.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">complaint<\/a> against Urumova shows that officers asked her whether she ever meant to admit she lied, she claimed she \u201cplanned on telling the truth at some point before\u201d the wrongly accused man\u2019s preliminary hearing.<\/p>\n<p>While the falsely accused man faced years in prison after being charged with felonies, Urumova may get little, if any, prison time for her crimes, which are misdemeanors.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In Pennsylvania, a man endured a month in jail on a $1 million bond due to false allegations by Anjela Urumova, 20.
