Taika Waititi and Jemaine Clement are behind the 10-episode remake for Apple TV+,\u200d where the\u200b lead,\u200d Kevin, will be supported by regular-sized characters. Rowling In Light Of Dorm\u2019s Harry Potter-Themed Floor\">popular movie<\/a> for Apple TV+ will reportedly include several changes, one being that the lead star Kevin will be aided in his adventure to get back home by regular-sized individuals and not dwarfs, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/boundingintocomics.com\/2024\/05\/24\/in-apparent-avoid-offense-taika-waititis-time-bandits-tv-remake-will-not-feature-dwarfs\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bounding Into Comics<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  reported.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In an official photo released to the press, confirmation to change things this time around was revealed by <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/locutie0fborg\/status\/1794023054856556882\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Entertainment Weekly<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. In the picture, we see 11-year-old Kevin, played by British actor Kal-El Tuck, as the shortest star flanked by regular-sized individuals on either side. They will be taking on the role of the group of thieves, who join the history geek on his trip through the various centuries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As of this publication, there has been no comment from Waititi or Clement about the decision to eliminate the dwarfs\u2019 roles.
