The organizations are represented by Alliance Defending Freedom in the legal battle.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">New York Attorney General <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/topic\/letitia-james\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Letitia James<\/a> was hit this month with a lawsuit over her targeting of pro-life organizations in the Empire State.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">James is being sued by the National Institute of Family and Life Advocates, as well as Gianna\u2019s House and Options Care Center. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/sen-hawley-says-biden-abortion-policies-are-an-insult\/\" title=\"Sen. Hawley says Biden abortion policies are an insult\">pro-life groups<\/a> say that James is violating the First Amendment through <a href=\"https:\/\/ag.ny.gov\/press-release\/2024\/attorney-general-james-sues-anti-abortion-group-and-11-new-york-crisis-pregnancy#:~:text=With%20this%20lawsuit%2C%20Attorney%20General,experimental%20nature%20and%20potential%20risks.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">her own lawsuits<\/a> against 11 crisis pregnancy centers and Heartbeat International, accusing them of false advertising. The pro-life organizations are being represented by Alliance Defending Freedom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cMany women regret their abortions, and some seek to stop the effects of chemical abortion drugs before taking the second drug in the abortion drug process. Taking supplemental progesterone at that time can often save their baby\u2019s life,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/adflegal.org\/press-release\/ny-attorney-general-seeks-withhold-vital-info-women-seeking-undo-their-abortion\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said<\/a> Alliance Defending Freedom Legal Counsel Gabriella McIntyre. \u201cThe New York attorney general, however, is doing everything she can to deny women the freedom to make that choice.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">James\u2019 suit goes after a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/new-york-ag-letitia-james-challenged-over-her-political-witch-hunt-against-pro-life-groups\/\" title=\"New York AG Faces Criticism for Targeting Pro-Life Organizations\">dozen pro-life ministries<\/a> over their support of the Abortion Pill Reversal protocol. The Abortion Pill Reversal protocol is a method <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/lozierinstitute.org\/abortion-pill-reversal-a-record-of-safety-and-efficacy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">backed<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  by pro-life organizations where a woman can take a prescribed dose of bioidentical progesterone to potentially reverse the effects of mifepristone and save an unborn child if she changes her mind at the last minute about going through with the abortion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The pro-life lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York, begins by discussing the experience of a woman who was able to save her baby due to the reversal protocol after she had initiated an abortion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cDespite saying that she supports women\u2019s choice, the Attorney General seeks to deprive women who change their mind and want to continue their pregnancies, or who are coerced or tricked into a chemical abortion, of truthful information about progesterone treatment, a safe option that has been used by obstetrician-gynecologists to help maintain pregnancies for decades,\u201d the lawsuit says.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" aria-describedby=\"sk-tooltip-9096\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp&#038;source=gmail&#038;ust=1700760801843000&#038;usg=AOvVaw2PQrVSrJfhxNb4LcARqniG\">CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILYWIRE+ APP<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/adfmedialegalfiles.blob.core.windows.net\/files\/NIFLA-JamesComplaint.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">suit<\/a> asks for James to be barred from applying New York business law to target pro-life groups promoting the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/pro-life-group-says-google-banned-its-ads-in-dramatic-and-unprecedented-move\/\" title=\"Pro-Life Group Says Google Banned Its Ads In \u2018Dramatic And Unprecedented Move\u2019\">abortion pill reversal<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cNew York is intentionally denying women the freedom to continue their pregnancies by censoring those who promote it. They are forcing women to follow through with an abortion\u2014even if they don\u2019t want to,\u201d said Thomas Glessner, president and founder of the National Institute of Family and Life Advocates. \u201cHow does it even remotely make sense to trust women with their medical decisions if you are actively trying to hide scientifically-based information from them? It makes no sense, nor is it legal.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pregnancy centers around the country have come under fire from Democrat lawmakers and pro-abortion activists after the Supreme Court overturned <em>Roe v.
