They also noted that it was a \u201crare opportunity to own one of the most iconic movie residences in American pop culture.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Georgian brick home features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen with two large islands and double ovens, and a screened-in porch with a fireplace, the outlet noted.
