Regular MSNBC commentator, Elie\u2064 Mystal,\u200d stated his belief that Justice Clarence \u2063Thomas wishes for black votes to weigh less than white\u2064 ones\u200d in elections.\u200d Mystal referred to Thomas&#8217;s Caucasian wife, Virginia, \u2062as evidence \u2064of this. \u2062Speaking on All In with Chris Hayes, Mystal also mentioned other judges and controversial Supreme\u2062 Court decisions. The court said the challengers had not proven their case. Their idea and Clarence Thomas, in his concurrence today, wrote straight up that he does not think the 14th Amendment and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-legal-team-files-appeal-after-obama-judge-dismisses-lawsuit-seeking-to-block-pennsylvania-from-certifying-its-results\/\" title=\"Trump Legal Team Files Appeal After Obama Judge Dismisses Lawsuit Seeking to Block Pennsylvania From Certifying Its Results\">equal protection clause<\/a> of that amendment can be used to protect the voting rights of black people.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>HAYES:<\/strong> <em>Yes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>MYSTAL:<\/strong> <em>I mean, he ain\u2019t married to Ginni Thomas for nothing, all right \u2014 like, that\u2019s what the man thinks. He wrote it today. The through line \u2014 understand this, Chris, when these people like Alito and Thomas support the insurrection, right, what are they really saying? They\u2019re saying that Trump won \u2014 lost the election but won the white vote, which is true, he did, he won the white vote by a lot, white people should probably do something about that, but he won the white vote by a lot.
