Bush\u2019s Chief Speechwriter\">late son<\/a>, Beau, and who was in a relationship with Hunter Biden at the time, threw a gun owned by Hunter Biden in a dumpster behind a market near a school,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/judge-rules-evidence-hunter-biden-gun-trial\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox News<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hallie Biden was married to Biden\u2019s son Beau, who died of glioblastoma on May 30, 2015, at the age of 46. Beau Biden was twice elected as the Attorney General of Delaware; during his tenure, he served for a year in Iraq with the Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hallie Biden married Beau Biden in 2002, but after he died, she <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecut.com\/2017\/03\/beau-bidens-widow-hallie-dating-his-brother-hunter.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">engaged<\/a> in a romantic relationship with his brother, Hunter, in 2016, which lasted until 2019. Hunter Biden was going through a separation from his wife, Kathleen, who reverted to her maiden name, Buhle, in 2019. Buhle later said she only <a href=\"https:\/\/www.al.com\/news\/2022\/06\/kathleen-buhle-on-hunter-bidens-affair-with-beaus-widow-hallie-i-was-shocked-but-not-heartbroken.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">discovered<\/a> the affair after her daughters, whom she said had seen texts on their father\u2019s phone, urged the family\u2019s therapist to inform her.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cI was shocked, but not heartbroken.
