Amid denials, Boeing grapples with a damaged reputation, facing a prolonged PR battle to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/former-trump-homeland-security-advisor-government-acknowledging-mistakes-with-covid-19-could-help-rebuild-trust\/\" title=\"Former Trump Homeland Security Advisor: Government \u2018Acknowledging Mistakes\u2019 With COVID-19 Could Help Rebuild Trust\">regain public trust<\/a>.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<header> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/commentary\/\">  Commentary <\/a>  <\/p>\n<h2>Airlines&#8217; Fleet of 777s Reportedly Prone to Spontaneous Mid-Air Explosions, Boeing Scrambles to Deny Risk<\/h2>\n<p> <span> <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/author\/aanton\/\">  <\/a> <\/p>\n<p> <span>   By <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/author\/aanton\/%20\"><span>Allison Anton<\/span><\/a> <\/span> <span>   May 25, 2024 at 1:57pm <\/span> <\/span>  <\/header>\n<section>\n<p>2024 has been nothing short of a PR nightmare for the Boeing Company.<\/p>\n<p>Already beginning the year with a series of public mishaps on their planes that have led to injuries and even death for the innocent passengers, things have not gotten any better as summertime creeps up on the calendar.<\/p>\n<p>Two different <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/wow-iconic-video-game-hitman-joins-dark-joke-boeing-whistleblowers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">whistleblowers<\/a> have died before they could testify in court, they are being scrutinized by federal agencies, and have been found deficient in documenting routine fixes and maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>And now, as reported in the U.K.\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/sciencetech\/article-13444467\/Boeing-plane-United-American-Airlines-fatal-fault.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Daily Mail<\/a>, the Federal Aviation Administration has found electrical flaws in almost 300 Boeing aircrafts that could potentially lead to fires or explosions.<\/p>\n<p>This potential flaw has been revealed in part thanks to new regulations proposed by the FAA back in March.<\/p>\n<p>These <a href=\"https:\/\/www.regulations.gov\/document\/FAA-2024-0761-0001\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">regulations<\/a>, or \u201cnew airworthiness directive,\u201d were prompted by a deficiency found in the Boeing 777 jets, that a panel for the \u201cnitrogen enriched air system\u201d near the fuel tank was installed without the proper electrical board.<\/p>\n<p>Granted, according to a story in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.independent.co.uk\/news\/world\/americas\/boeing-planes-fuel-tank-explosion-b2550223.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Independent<\/a>, Boeing has denied that this potential flaw was an immediate issue, with a spokesperson claiming that the original Daily Mail article was \u201cmisleading and reckless.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, Boeing declared: \u201cThis is not an immediate safety of flight issue. There are multiple redundancies designed into modern commercial airplanes to ensure protection for electromagnetic effects. The 777 fleet has been operating for nearly 30 years, and has safely flown more than 3.9 billion passengers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Likewise, the FAA has also stressed to The Independent that it \u201cbases its airworthiness directive timelines on the risk involved. If the agency determines something is an urgent issue, it requires immediate action.\u201d<\/p>\n<div id=\"firefly-poll-container\">\n<p>Do you feel safe flying on a Boeing?<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>That said, these statements, based on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/whistleblowers-suicide-note-released-pray-boeing-pays\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Boeing\u2019s major disasters<\/a> over the course of 2024, are not likely to assuage the fears of potential customers.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the coincidental, sudden deaths of two different <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/sudden-deaths-2-boeing-whistleblowers-10-stepping-forward-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">whistleblowers<\/a>, both were still able to inform the public of appalling practices in the company\u2019s manufacturing plants before their untimely passing.<\/p>\n<p>(And yes, the deaths certainly look more than a little suspicious.)<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, Boeing has been the subject of federal investigation by the Justice Department, and is now possibly facing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/doj-says-boeing-now-subject-criminal-prosecution-failing-fulfill-obligations-wake-fatal-crashes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">criminal charges<\/a> for violating the terms of an agreement with the DOJ in 2021 which, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2024\/05\/14\/business\/boeing-justice-department-criminal-prosecution\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CNN<\/a>, delayed prosecution for the company for two fatal crashes that year.<\/p>\n<p>Again, these new regulations were prompted solely by possible, rather than actual, problems with the aircraft.<\/p>\n<p>But, the fact remains that Boeing aircraft have been plagued with sometimes fatal issues regarding the safety and construction of their aircraft for a long time now.<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, the decline of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/one-passenger-dead-dozens-injured-boeing-jet-hits-severe-turbulence\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Boeing company<\/a> has been as sad as it has been shocking to witness.<\/p>\n<p>This once proud American company that used to be synonymous with quality now has such a reputation for danger and risk.<\/p>\n<p>The fact that a wild report about Boeing planes being at-risk for exploding in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/dems-to-hold-hearing-on-white-identity-terrorism-as-violence-in-israel-mounts\/\" title=\"Dems To Hold Hearing on \u2018White Identity Terrorism\u2019 As Violence in Israel Mounts\">mid-air<\/a> was so imminently believable should speak volumes.<\/p>\n<p>And that, after the injuries and death caused by their shoddy quality control processes, might be one of the worst consequences of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/ignored-told-not-create-delays-frankly-shut-boeing-whistleblowers-shocking-testimony\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Boeing\u2019s PR debacle<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Even if they whipped the company back into shape overnight, it would take a long time, probably untold years, to win back the trust of the public.<\/p>\n<p>Like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/three-fictional-couples-prove-can-live-happily-ever\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mr. Darcy<\/a>, the public\u2019s good opinion of a company, once lost, is often lost forever.<\/p>\n<p>And unless they clean house quickly, it might be too late for Boeing at this point.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<div>\n<p><b><i>An Important Message from Our Staff:<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><i><span>We who work here at The Western Journal have fought for years against Big Tech and the elites who want to shut us down and then shut America down. <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span>Make no mistake \u2014 nothing will be the same after November 2024.
