But she\u2019s a very capable person, and I\u2019m sure she\u2019s going to be on our team in some form. Absolutely,\u201d the former president added.<\/p>\n<p> <iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"1:1 with former President Donald Trump | News 12\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/x1xGI-9pmIY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>During the interview, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/aoc-mocked-trump-plans-hold-rally-bronx-not-laughing-last-night\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trump<\/a> was asked to name his top three picks for his potential running mate.<\/p>\n<p>In response, Trump, who previously said he would not provide a list of his top names, cited Ben Carson, Republican Sens. Marco Rubio of Florida and J.D. Vance of Ohio and added the Republican Rep. Elise Stefanik of New York is \u201cdoing a fantastic job.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He said he would make his announcement during the Republican National Convention.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday, Haley said she would <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/cnn-reporter-admits-truth-trumps-bronx-rally-not-democrats-want-see\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">support<\/a> the president under whom the former South Carolina governor served as ambassador to the United Nations.<\/p>\n<div id=\"firefly-poll-container\">\n<p>Should Trump take in Nikki Haley on his team?<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>\u201cTrump has not been perfect on these policies. I\u2019ve made that clear many, many times. But Biden has been a catastrophe. So I will be voting for Trump,\u201d Haley said at the Hudson Institute in Washington, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/Politics\/donald-trump-responds-nikki-haley-shell-vote-suggests\/story?id=110525178\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ABC<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Eric Levine, a Haley fundraiser, noted, \u201cWhat was her alternative?\u201d per the <a href=\"https:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/Politics\/haley-donors-voters-shell-vote-trump-november\/story?id=110533607\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">outlet<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>He said supporting Biden is not possible when America needs to \u201csupport Israel, confront our enemies and support our allies.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think this gives a lot of people permission to not just not vote for Joe Biden, but to vote for Donald Trump.
