Court documents claim Trump&#8217;s remarks endangered FBI agents to threats, violence, and harassment. Smith\u2064 sought \u200da\u2064 court\u200d order prohibiting Trump from making statements endangering law enforcement agents participating \u2063in \u2063the investigation and\u2064 prosecution.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div data-td-block-uid=\"tdi_78\">\n<p>Special counsel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/jack-smith\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Jack Smith<\/a> asked a judge Friday to order former President <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/donald-trump\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Donald Trump<\/a> to avoid producing any more claims that FBI agents were \u201ccomplicit in a plot to assassinate him.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Court filings allege Trump\u2019s statements this week exposed FBI agents involved in the case \u201cto the risk of threats, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/violence\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>violence<\/a>, and harassment.\u201d Trump made accusatory statements about the authorization for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/did-president-trump-spring-a-trap-on-treasonous-democrats-on-election-night\/\" title=\"Did President Trump Spring a Trap on Treasonous Democrats on Election Night?\">federal agents<\/a> to use deadly force if necessary while executing a warrant to search Mar-a-Lago.<\/p>\n<p>In the new court filing, Smith asked U.S. District Judge Aileen M. Cannon \u201cto make clear that [Trump] may not <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/she-falsely-claimed-a-verizon-store-employee-groped-her-a-court-just-upheld-her-lengthy-sentence\/\" title=\"She Falsely Claimed A Verizon Store Employee Groped Her. A Court Just Upheld Her Lengthy Sentence.\">make statements<\/a> that pose a significant, imminent, and foreseeable danger to law enforcement agents participating in the investigation and prosecution of this case,\u201d saying a warning from the court is necessary because of \u201cseveral intentionally false and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/classified-documents-prosecutors-seek-to-block-trump-from-making-statements-that-could-endanger-law-enforcement\/\" title=\"Prosecutors aim to prevent Trump from disclosing classified information that may jeopardize law enforcement\">inflammatory statements recently made<\/a> by Trump that distort the circumstances under which the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/fbi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Federal Bureau of Investigation<\/a> planned and executed the search warrant at Mar-a-Lago.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>If approved, it\u2019d mark yet another documented restriction of Trump\u2019s communications on the trial.<\/p>\n<p>The request came in response to statements from Trump, such as a fundraising appeal that said \u201cBiden\u2019s DOJ was authorized to shoot me!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Rep. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/Marjorie-Taylor-Greene\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Marjorie Taylor-Greene<\/a> (R-GA) echoed similar sentiments earlier this week.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Biden DOJ and FBI were planning to assassinate Pres Trump and gave the green light,\u201d Greene tweeted. <\/p>\n<figure>\n<div>\n<blockquote data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<div lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p>I made sure that he knew.<\/p>\n<p>The Biden DOJ and FBI were planning to assassinate Pres Trump and gave the green light.<\/p>\n<p>Does everyone get it yet???!!!!<\/p>\n<p>What are Republicans going to do about it?<\/p>\n<p>I tried to oust our Speaker who funded Biden\u2019s DOJ AND FBI, but Democrats stopped it. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/XSTevEQsNI\">https:\/\/t.co\/XSTevEQsNI<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/o0lUjcEdix\">pic.twitter.com\/o0lUjcEdix<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u2014 Rep.
