The actions have raised concerns over selective enforcement practices. revealed the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fda-authorizes-two-at-home-covid-19-tests\/\" title=\"FDA Authorizes Two At-Home COVID-19 Tests\">agency authorized<\/a> the use of \u201cdeadly force\u201d against former President Trump during its 2022 raid on his Mar-a-Lago estate. <\/p>\n<p>On Thursday, the Big Tech platform slapped an \u201cindependent fact-check\u201d on The Federalist\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/05\/21\/fbi-was-authorized-to-use-deadly-force-against-trump-during-mar-a-lago-raid-court-filings-show\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">May 21 report<\/a> detailing the contents of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/horrifying-details-emerge-from-charges-against-top-cnn-producer-accused-of-child-sex-crimes\/\" title=\"Horrifying Details Emerge From Charges Against Top CNN Producer Accused Of Child Sex Crimes\">unsealed court documents<\/a> that revealed the FBI gave agents raiding Trump\u2019s Florida residence the green-light to use \u201cdeadly force\u201d against the former president \u201cwhen necessary.\u201d The raid \u2014 which took place on Aug. 8, 2022 \u2014 was <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/11\/attorney-general-merrick-garland-admits-he-personally-approved-fbi-raid-on-trumps-home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">approved<\/a> by Attorney General Merrick Garland and <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/12\/breaking-fbi-raid-warrant-demanded-seizure-of-literally-any-record-trump-ever-saw-during-4-year-presidential-term\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reportedly<\/a> aimed at retrieving \u201cany document Trump ever saw, read, or created for the entirety of his four years as commander-in-chief.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/05\/21\/fbi-was-authorized-to-use-deadly-force-against-trump-during-mar-a-lago-raid-court-filings-show\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">filing<\/a> by Trump\u2019s legal team, the FBI\u2019s operations order \u201ccontained a \u2018Policy Statement\u2019 regarding \u2018Use Of Deadly Force,\u2019 which stated, for example, \u2018Law enforcement officers of the Department of Justice may use deadly force when necessary \u2026&#8217;\u201d The document further revealed that these agents \u201cplanned to bring \u2018Standard Issue Weapon[s],\u2019 \u2018Ammo,\u2019 \u2018Handcuffs,\u2019 and \u2018medium and large sized bolt cutters,\u2019 but they were instructed to wear \u2018unmarked polo or collared shirts\u2019 and to keep \u2018law enforcement equipment concealed.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The FBI also appeared to provide guidance to agents on how to engage Trump and Secret Service personnel if Facebook claims the post is \u201cmissing context\u201d and warned that users \u201cwho repeatedly share false information might have their posts moved lower in News Feed so other people are less likely to see them.\u201d The platform also links to an <a href=\"https:\/\/factcheck.afp.com\/doc.afp.com.34TH3JN?fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTAAAR0FeqJPeA1O8Cxx5dCs4mrLt6J-arl0bVm6RjaHC-6-puDMM2p2Lmxpa0A_aem_AQmChgVVeSF7df2QA03nvnDL5xnCqnlpxqpFqrdYEQOA0aRw2rdbInj8VP0nQxiNde3M7ahu7m_ZsybaBZG886G3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AFP Fact Check<\/a> titled \u201cTrump falsely claims Biden authorized FBI assassination attempt,\u201d which attempts to downplay the FBI\u2019s actions by contending that allegations the agency gave agents the go-ahead to harm Trump, if necessary, are \u201cfalse\u201d because they \u201cmisrepresent the Justice Department\u2019s standard policies regarding how force can be used during law enforcement operations.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>AFP Fact Check has been known to issue <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/08\/30\/instagram-slaps-false-label-on-the-federalists-accurate-reporting-about-meat-banning-goals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dishonest and misleading<\/a> \u201cfact-checks\u201d of reporting unfavorable to leftists. <\/p>\n<div>\n<figure><figcaption>\n<div>\n<p>Screenshot of Facebook noopener\">noted<\/a> by Federalist CEO Sean Davis, \u201cThere is nothing \u2018standard\u2019 about raiding a former and future president\u2019s home with deadly force because a corrupt intel agency and a pathetic, unelected, paper-pushing bureaucrat got butthurt over a benign record-keeping dispute.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This point is further validated when considering the DOJ declined to issue similar orders to retrieve classified materials from the private residence of President Joe Biden, who wrongly possessed classified documents <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/01\/23\/discovery-of-more-biden-docs-proves-mar-a-lago-raid-was-just-another-russia-collusion-hoax\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">since<\/a> his time as a U.S. senator. Unlike Trump, however, Biden\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/01\/10\/theres-a-difference-between-biden-and-trumps-classified-documents-snafus-but-its-not-what-you-think\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gross negligence<\/a> in mishandling these records generated nothing but a slap on the wrist from the DOJ, which opted not to charge the Delaware Democrat because of his senility.  <\/p>\n<p>As The Federalist\u2019s Tristan Justice\u00a0previously <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/02\/08\/prosecutors-decline-to-charge-elderly-biden-over-poor-memory\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reported<\/a>, Special Counsel Robert Hur concluded \u201cthat no criminal charges are warranted\u201d in his investigation into Biden\u2019s mishandling of classified materials despite his team finding records \u201crelated to foreign policy in Afghanistan and handwritten notes \u2018implicating sensitive intelligence.\u2019\u201d Federal authorities justified their refusal to charge Biden because the president \u201cwould likely present himself to the jury, as he did during our interview with him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>[RELATED:[RELATED:<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/05\/16\/if-joe-biden-is-sharp-as-ever-why-is-he-trying-to-suppress-the-hur-audio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">If Joe Biden Is \u2018Sharp As Ever,\u2019 Why Is He Trying To Suppress The Hur Audio?<\/a>]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Special Counsel Jack Smith\u2019s lawfare against Trump over his handling of classified documents is temporarily stalled.
