Those <a href=\"https:\/\/kdvr.com\/news\/politics\/denver-council-to-consider-cutting-41m-from-budget-to-support-migrant-crisis\/#:~:text=The%20police%20department%20is%20expecting,or%203.8%25%20of%20its%20budget.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>$41 million in cuts<\/a> include an $8.4 million cut to the police department.<\/p>\n<p>Enter Laramie County Sheriff Brian Kozak, who spent\u00a0$2,500 on a billboard in downtown Denver reading \u201cWork in Wyoming where breaking the law is still illegal and cops are funded.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne of the things is you get to do your job here.
