After serving time and being released, McClain was arrested again for sending child pornography to another sex offender. Netburn, after a few false starts, appeared to acknowledge the accuracy of Kennedy\u2019s assessment up to that point.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd then he decided to transition,\u201d Kennedy continued. \u201cHe became a female and started going by July Justine Shelby, is that right?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd Ms. Shelby said, \u2018I don\u2019t want to go to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/pull-up-your-pants-don-lemons-advice-to-black-community-has-changed-a-lot-since-2013\/\" title=\"\u201cPull Up Your Pants!\u201d Don Lemon\u2019s Advice To Black Community Has Changed A Lot Since 2013\">male prison<\/a>. I want to go to a female prison,&#8217;\u201d Kennedy said. \u201cAnd the board of prisons said, \u2018What planet did you parachute in from?
