Former Secret Service Agent Bongino highlighted unique challenges \u200cdue to the raid&#8217;s location. The operation\u2063 aimed to seize certain materials, with \u2064detailed protocols in place, including \u2064potential \u2062medical contingencies.\u200c FBI \u200cdefended its actions as per standard procedures, \u200dwhile Bongino emphasized\u200c the exceptional nature of\u200c the operation.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<p>The FBI issued a statement saying that when <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/topic\/joe-biden\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Joe Biden\u2019s administration<\/a> authorized the \u201cuse of deadly force\u201d during the 2022 raid on former President Donald Trump\u2019s Mar-a-Lago estate, it was largely in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) \u2014 but former Secret Service Agent Dan Bongino argued that there were other factors involved.<\/p>\n<p>According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/biden-administration-authorized-use-of-deadly-force-mar-a-lago-raid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">report<\/a> published Tuesday by Fox News Digital, an \u201cOperations Order\u201d was handed over as part of the discovery process in Special Counsel Jack Smith\u2019s classified documents case against Trump \u2014 and that order included a \u201cPolicy Statement\u201d that said, \u201cLaw Enforcement officers of the Department of Justice may use deadly force when necessary.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The goal of the FBI\u2019s raid on Trump\u2019s property, according to that same order, was to execute a search warrant \u201cto <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/new-details-destroy-the-fbis-raid-narrative\/\" title=\"New Details Destroy the FBI's Raid Narrative\">seize classified information<\/a>, NDI, and US Government records.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Agents were also reportedly instructed to dress in such a way as to hide \u201claw enforcement equipment\u201d despite being authorized to \u201cStandard Issue Weapons, Ammo, Handcuffs, and medium and large sized bolt cutters.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The documents also laid out a series of contingencies, according to a Newsweek <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsweek.com\/trump-fbi-classified-documents-deadly-force-1903247\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">report<\/a>, including having a paramedic at the scene and providing details about the nearest trauma center in the event that anyone involved was to be \u201cinjured\u201d during the raid. Contingencies also suggested that agents on the scene \u201cwill be prepared to engage with\u201d both the former president and his Secret Service detail if he had returned to Mar-a-Lago while they were still on the property.<\/p>\n<p>The FBI responded to reports concerning the newly unsealed documents, saying that the agents who were part of the raid at the former president\u2019s home were acting under SOPs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe FBI followed standard protocol in this search as we do for all search warrants, which includes a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-hammers-biden-doj-over-unsealed-search-warrant-of-mar-a-lago-authorizing-deadly-force\/\" title=\"Trump criticizes Biden DOJ for revealing Mar-a-Lago search warrant allowing 'deadly force\">standard policy statement limiting<\/a> the use of deadly force. No one ordered additional steps to be taken and there was no departure from the norm in this matter.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But according to Bongino, the fact that the raid took place on the home of a former president made it anything but standard \u2014 and potentially pitted two federal agencies with equal and competing authorities against each other: the FBI\/DOJ who were charged with executing the search warrant and the Secret Service, charged with protecting the former president.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is absolutely a big deal. Don\u2019t buy the bulls**t otherwise,\u201d Bongino <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/dbongino\/status\/1793069975927705781\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">posted<\/a> via X. \u201cIt was not a standard op. The MAL raid was an unprecedented action with significant potential for confusion and blue on blue issues and conflict. It also involved competing equities between federal agencies (FBI &#038; USSS) with equal statutory claims to interrupt the other\u2019s activities. Anyone telling you otherwise is either dumb, or playing dumb. I\u2019ve done more deconfliction with Russians in a foreign op I did for the USSS than the FBI did in their search warrant at MAL. Only a dumba** would pitch the \u2018it\u2019s the standard paperwork\u2019 line. Wake up.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Trump <a href=\"https:\/\/truthsocial.com\/@realDonaldTrump\/posts\/112481173729711738\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">responded<\/a> to the report, which broke while he was in court in Manhattan for his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/house-republicans-seek-congressional-gold-medal-for-trump\/\" title=\"House Republicans propose awarding Trump Congressional Gold Medal\">ongoing hush-money trial<\/a>, sharing his reaction to the news in a post on Truth Social.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWOW!
