Senators Grassley and\u200d Johnson \u200brevealed bipartisan sanctions on Iranian entities. \u200bDespite Obama-era\u200d legislation for Iran accountability, John \u2063Kerry allegedly obstructed FBI activities. The Justice Department and FBI leadership reportedly did not \u200bintervene.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<p>Whistleblowers have informed top Republican senators that former President Barack Obama\u2019s State Department blocked the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/topic\/fbi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FBI<\/a> from executing arrest warrants against illegal aliens in the U.S. who were financially backing Iran\u2019s efforts to develop weapons of mass destruction.<\/p>\n<p>Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Ron Johnson (R-WI) <a href=\"https:\/\/static.foxnews.com\/foxnews.com\/content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/2024-05-21-CEG-RHJ-to-State-State-Department-Iran.pdf?_gl=1*13n7zxe*_ga*MTkxODM0ODU5LjE2OTQ5OTkyMDk.*_ga_RH94J2NTVM*MTcxNjQxNjkxOC4yLjEuMTcxNjQxNjkxOC4wLjAuMA..\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said<\/a> that for nearly 20 years, Republican and Democrat administrations imposed sanctions on \u201cIranian individuals, companies, and organizations for involvement in nuclear proliferation, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/gulf-nations-any-iran-deal-must-bar-ballistic-missile-development\/\" title=\"Gulf Nations: Any Iran deal must bar ballistic missile development\">ballistic missile development<\/a>, support for terrorist groups, and human rights abuses.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>They noted that even one of Obama\u2019s executive orders and a law passed during the Obama-era, the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act of 2015, were created to hold Iran accountable.<\/p>\n<p>However, whistleblowers informed the senators that while the Obama-Biden administration publicly committed to \u201cprevent[ing] Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons by raising the cost of Iran\u2019s defiance of the international community,\u201d former Secretary of State John Kerry worked to undermine those efforts.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKerry actively interfered with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) executing arrest warrants on individuals in the U.S. illegally supporting Iranian efforts, including financial efforts, to develop weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wh-biden-wont-hold-direct-talks-with-kim-jong-un-experts-warn-china-will-take-over-korean-affairs-if-u-s-fails-to-open-direct-talks\/\" title=\"WH: Biden won\u2019t hold direct talks with Kim Jong Un, experts warn China will take over Korean affairs if U.S. fails to open direct talks\">ballistic missile program<\/a>,\u201d the letter said. \u201cThe records show that Justice Department and FBI leadership, to include then-Attorney General Lynch and then-FBI Director Comey, failed to take the necessary steps to stop Kerry\u2019s obstructive efforts against law enforcement.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" aria-describedby=\"sk-tooltip-9096\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp&#038;source=gmail&#038;ust=1700760801843000&#038;usg=AOvVaw2PQrVSrJfhxNb4LcARqniG\">CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILYWIRE+ APP<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p>The letter continued:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>For example, unclassified FBI email records from August 25, 2017, detailed at least eight instances connected to the Iran deal where the \u201cFBI\/DOJ\/USG could have moved forward with the cases but the State Department chose to block them.\u201d According to the records, in six of these instances, the FBI lost the opportunity to arrest the main subject. The email says that one of the lost main subjects was noted to be \u201con the Terrorism Watch List\u201d and another \u201creturned to Iran.\u201d The email further says that in another instance the State Department \u201cblocked [FBI\u2019s] plan to arrest while the subject was mid-flight and the subject was forced to leave the US immediately upon arrival.\u201d The email also provides that at least two targets were arrested only after \u201cState lifted their block\u2026since the new [Trump] Administration took office.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The letter said that these efforts to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/725-people-have-been-arrested-for-jan-6-capitol-breach-most-hit-for-entering-or-remaining-in-capitol\/\" title=\"725+ People Have Been Arrested For Jan. 6 Capitol Breach, Most Hit For \u2018Entering Or Remaining\u2019 In Capitol\">obstruct law enforcement<\/a> were done \u201cdue to political reasons,\u201d the letter said.<\/p>\n<p>The letter said that Kerry\u2019s efforts to obstruct law enforcement became such an issue that then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch had to meet with Kerry about the matter.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe records provided to our offices show that the Obama\/Biden administration\u2019s State Department, under the leadership of John Kerry, actively and persistently interfered with FBI operations pertaining to lawful arrests of known terrorists, members of Iranian proliferation networks, and other criminals providing material support for Iran\u2019s nuclear and ballistic missile programs,\u201d the letter said. \u201cThe records also show that DOJ and FBI leadership apparently allowed it to happen until the Trump administration altered course.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Related: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/shock-obama-helped-hezbollah-secure-bogus-iran-ryan-saavedra\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Obama Helped Hezbollah To Secure Bogus Iran Deal.
