Positive outlook towards Scheffler&#8217;s outcome.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<p>Pro-golfer Xander Schauffele, who won his first major last weekend at the PGA Championship, revealed how he and his fellow golfers reacted to Scottie Scheffler\u2019s arrest outside the Valhalla Golf Club in Louisville, Kentucky, on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Scheffler, the No. 1 golfer in the world, was arrested and charged with multiple crimes, including second-degree assault of an officer \u2014 a felony \u2014 after he attempted to get <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/republican-congressman-considers-suit-over-unconstitutional-house-gun-ban\/\" title=\"Republican Congressman Considers Suit Over \u2018Unconstitutional\u2019 House Gun Ban\u00a0\">past police<\/a> who were blocking the road for an accident in front of the golf club entrance. Scheffler was stuck in traffic after a 69-year-old pedestrian was struck and killed by a shuttle bus in an accident that was unrelated to Scheffler\u2019s arrest.<\/p>\n<p>Scheffler released a statement following his arrest, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/scottie-scheffler-speaks-out-after-felony-arrest\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">saying<\/a>, \u201ca very <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/scottie-scheffler-speaks-out-after-felony-arrest\/\" title=\"Scottie Scheffler Addresses Arrest Issue\">chaotic situation\u201d caused<\/a> a \u201cbig misunderstanding of what I thought I was being asked to do.\u201d Schauffele joined Barstool Sports\u2019 \u201cPardon My Take\u201d podcast on Wednesday and said that he had a chance to talk to Scheffler after the arrest, adding that the world\u2019s best golfer \u201chandled it really well in Scottie Scheffler fashion.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe\u2019s a good dude,\u201d Schauffele added. \u201cAs soon as I saw it, I thought it was a prank then I saw it on the news, and I was like, \u2018Holy smokes this actually happened.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt feels like he\u2019s going to come out okay from all of this,\u201d Schauffele said. \u201cIt feels like [charges] are going to get dropped. The golfer\u2019s attorney, Steve Romines, said Scheffler will plead not guilty.<\/p>\n<p>Schauffele, who won the PGA Championship after hitting a birdie putt on the 18th hole on Sunday, told \u201cPardon My Take\u201d that he and Scheffler are in a group chat with some other pro-golfers, which Scheffler\u2019s friends used to poke some fun at their arrested buddy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe boys were heckling Scottie a little bit.
