Cardona<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>In their motion, ADF lawyers are asking the court to immediately stop the Biden administration\u2019s Title IX overhaul, which shoehorns \u201cgender identity\u201d into the definition of \u201csex\u201d in federal laws. That redefinition of sex means that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/florida-passes-anti-groomer-law-mischaracterized-as-dont-say-gay-bill-by-liberal-liars\/\" title=\"Florida Passes Anti-Groomer Law Mischaracterized as \u201cDon\u2019t Say Gay\u201d Bill by Liberal Liars\">schools receiving federal funding<\/a> will be required to let male athletes who claim a female \u201cgender identity\u201d infiltrate girls\u2019 sports.
