Court\u2063 documents revealed\u2062 the FBI&#8217;s readiness to use deadly force during the August 2022 raid. Trump\u2062 condemned Biden on Truth Social, labeling him unfit\u2062 for office and a\u200d danger to the country. The raid authorization details were outlined in a court filing by Trump&#8217;s attorney.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Former President <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/donald-trump\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"Donald Trump\">Donald Trump<\/a> bashed President <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/joe-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"Joe Biden\">Joe Biden<\/a> over his administration\u2019s authorization of the Mar-a-Lago raid that recently unsealed court filings revealed authorized deadly force.<\/p>\n<p>Records unsealed on Tuesday revealed that the FBI was prepared to use deadly force if necessary in its August 2022 raid of Trump\u2019s Mar-a-Lago compound. In a post on Truth Social, Trump held it up as proof that Biden was mentally unfit for office and a danger to the United States.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWOW! I just came out of the Biden Witch Hunt Trial in Manhattan, the \u2018Icebox,\u2019 and was shown Reports that Crooked Joe Biden\u2019s DOJ, in their Illegal and UnConstitutional Raid of Mar-a-Lago, AUTHORIZED THE FBI TO USE DEADLY (LETHAL) FORCE,\u201d Trump <a href=\"https:\/\/truthsocial.com\/@realDonaldTrump\/posts\/112481173729711738\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"said\">said<\/a>. \u201cNOW WE KNOW, FOR SURE, THAT JOE BIDEN IS A SERIOUS THREAT TO DEMOCRACY. HE IS MENTALLY UNFIT TO HOLD OFFICE \u2014 25TH AMENDMENT!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In a court filing from Trump\u2019s attorney Todd Blanche, he outlined the order to raid Trump\u2019s compound.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Order contained a \u2018Policy Statement\u2019 regarding \u2018Use Of Deadly Force,\u2019 which stated, for example, \u2018Law enforcement officers of the Department of Justice may use deadly force when necessary,\u201d he wrote. \u201cThe agents planned to bring \u2018Standard Issue Weapon[s],\u2019 \u2018Ammo,\u2019 \u2018Handcuffs,\u2019 and<br \/>\u2018medium and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fbi-was-authorized-to-use-deadly-force-against-trump-during-<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/ny-times-maggie-haberman-attacks-president-trump-over-white-house-reporters-having-to-work-early-on-christmas-eve\/\" title=\"NY Times\u2019 Maggie Haberman Attacks President Trump Over White House Reporters Having to Work Early on Christmas Eve\">mar-a-lago<\/a>-raid-court-filings-show\/&#8221; title=&#8221;FBI Was Authorized To Use \u2018Deadly Force\u2019 Against Trump During Mar-A-Lago Raid, Court Filings Show&#8221;>large sized bolt cutters<\/a>,\u2019 but they were instructed to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/just-in-biden-admin-authorized-deadly-use-of-force-in-mar-a-lago-raid\/\" title=\"New Update: Biden Administration Approved Lethal Force in Mar-a-Lago Operation\">wear \u2018unmarked polo<\/a> or collared<br \/>shirts\u2019 and to keep \u2018law enforcement equipment concealed.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The FBI said in a statement provided to the <em>Washington Examiner<\/em> that it included a \u201cstandard policy statement\u201d in the search warrant documents of Trump\u2019s residence.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe FBI followed standard protocol in this search as we do for all search warrants, which includes a standard policy statement limiting the use of deadly force. No one ordered additional steps to be taken and there was no departure from the norm in this matter,\u201d the agency said.<\/p>\n<p>The remarks reflect those of former FBI Washington Field Office head Steven D\u2019Antuono, who <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.house.gov\/meetings\/JU\/JU00\/20230621\/116122\/HHRG-118-JU00-20230621-SD018.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"testified\">testified<\/a> before Congress in June.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt wasn\u2019t even a show of force, right, because we were all in agreement. We didn\u2019t do a show of force. \u2026 I was adamant about that, and that was something that we agreed on \u2026 the FBI agreed on,\u201d he said. \u201cNo raid jackets. \u2026 We made sure we interacted with the Secret Service to make sure we could get into Mar-a-Lago with no issues.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re not banging down any doors. We weren\u2019t bringing any, like, FBI vehicles.
