Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm aims to ease\u200b the financial burden on American families, strategically timing the release between Memorial Day and July \u200c4th.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/topic\/biden-administration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Biden administration<\/a> announced a decision to sell 1 million barrels of gasoline to the commercial market from a reserve in a bid to push down prices at the pump this summer.<\/p>\n<p>The plan comes as President Joe Biden is running for a second term in the White House in this year\u2019s November election while dealing with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/my-goodness-graphs-show-how-trump-dominates-biden-when-household-wealth-gets-hit-by-inflation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">scourge of inflation<\/a>, a fact that Republican officials noted in reacting to the decision.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPresident Biden is yet again using America\u2019s emergency fuel reserves to cover for his disastrous inflationary policies in an election year,\u201d Sen.
