In\u2064 Florida, abortion ranked as the seventh \u200bmost <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wallstreetbets-keith-gill-testifies-over-gamestop-saga-what-i-did-no-different-than-discussing-stock-at-a-bar\/\" title=\"WallStreetBets\u2019 Keith Gill Testifies Over GameStop Saga: What I Did No Different Than Discussing Stock At A Bar\">important factor<\/a> affecting voters&#8217; decisions.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div data-td-block-uid=\"tdi_78\">\n<p>Presidential candidate <a href=\"http:\/\/washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/donald-trump\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Donald Trump<\/a> is beating incumbent President <a href=\"http:\/\/washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/joe-biden\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Joe Biden<\/a>\u2018s polling in two states where <a href=\"http:\/\/washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/abortion\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>abortion protections<\/a> are a concern.<\/p>\n<p>A new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/trump-biden-florida-arizona-poll-abortion-inflation-immigration-05-19-2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"CBS News\/YouGov poll\">CBS News\/YouGov poll<\/a> found that out of some 1,510 Arizonans, even though abortion was ranked as the top sixth most important factor in who they will vote for president, 52% pledged their vote to Trump while the remaining 47% pledged to Biden. Out of 1,576 Floridians, abortion was ranked even lower as the seventh most important factor, and 54% were planning to vote for Trump with 45% for Biden.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/Florida\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Florida<\/a> has a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/south-carolina-becomes-12th-state-to-limit-abortions-after-heartbeat-detected-effectively-banning-abortion-after-6-weeks-of-pregnancy\/\" title=\"South Carolina Becomes 12th State to Limit Abortions After Heartbeat Detected \u2013 Effectively Banning Abortion After 6 Weeks of Pregnancy\">law banning abortion<\/a> after six weeks, except in cases where the mother\u2019s health is at risk. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/Arizona\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Arizona<\/a> similarly made\u00a0abortion\u00a0illegal even in the case of rape and incest. The only exception is for mothers whose lives are at an immediate risk.\u00a0Biden has made a concentrated effort to send members of his staff to these states in the name of the abortion-rights movement.<\/p>\n<p>Concerns surrounding the economy seemed to reign supreme among respondents. When only <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/more-suspicious-elections-absentee-data-from-detroit-36-of-absentee-ballots-returned-were-from-people-who-were-not-listed-as-being-sent-an-absentee-ballot\/\" title=\"More Suspicious Elections Absentee Data from Detroit: 36% of Absentee Ballots Returned Were From People Who Were Not Listed as Being Sent an Absentee Ballot\">registered voters<\/a>\u2019 responses were considered, 47% of Floridians reported their financial situation was better off when Trump was president, and 52% reported they were worse off under Biden. Then, 30% of registered voters in Arizona believed Trump cares a lot about the economic situation, while only 20% could say the same for Biden.<\/p>\n<p>This follows the head-to-head <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/opinion\/3001427\/bidenomics-continues-to-secure-trumps-swing-state-leads\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"polling\">polling<\/a> from the <em>New York Times<\/em> and Siena College where Trump is up by 7 percentage points in Arizona, which is considered a swing state.
