This includes activities such as \u201csupporting broad-based get-out-the-vote activities, voter registration, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/feds-will-pay-students-your-tax-dollars-to-help-reelect-biden-in-latest-bidenbucks-scheme\/\" title=\"Students will receive financial assistance from the government to support Biden's reelection campaign, funded by taxpayers, in the new 'Bidenbucks' initiative\">providing voter assistance<\/a> at a polling place or through a voter hotline, or serving as a poll worker.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2-long d-flex justify-content-center\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center; \" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-1228974962\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1379703300879-0\" class=\"mb-30\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-11a7e5c062dd4604918bf23abbb6185c fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-11a7e5c062dd4604918bf23abbb6185c\"><\/div>\n<p>The agency launched the program as a means of complying with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/presidential-actions\/2021\/03\/07\/executive-order-on-promoting-access-to-voting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Executive Order 14019<\/a>, a directive signed by Biden in March 2021 ordering hundreds of federal agencies to <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/06\/23\/yes-biden-is-hiding-his-plan-to-rig-the-2022-midterm-elections\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">interfere<\/a> in state and local election administration by using taxpayer dollars to engage in voter registration and get-out-the-vote activities.<\/p>\n<p>While the webinar was marketed as \u201cnonpartisan,\u201d the Election Infrastructure Initiative is anything but. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.influencewatch.org\/non-profit\/election-infrastructure-initiative\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">InfluenceWatch<\/a>, the initiative is a joint venture of the\u00a0left-wing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.influencewatch.org\/non-profit\/center-for-tech-and-civic-life\/\">Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL)<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.influencewatch.org\/non-profit\/center-for-secure-and-modern-elections\/\">Center for Secure and Modern Elections<\/a> that \u201cseeks to help congressional Democrats pass a proposed infrastructure bill, including sweeping changes to the elections process.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>CTCL is well-known for siphoning hundreds of millions of dollars from Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg into local election offices in the 2020 election. Colloquially referred to as \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/10\/12\/the-2020-election-wasnt-stolen-it-was-bought-by-mark-zuckerberg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zuckbucks<\/a>,\u201d these funds were used to alter how elections were administered, such as by expanding unsupervised protocols like mail-in voting and the use of ballot drop boxes. To make matters worse, the grants were heavily skewed towards Democrat-majority counties, essentially making it a massive Democrat get-out-the-vote operation.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Training<\/h2>\n<p>Thursday\u2019s webinar was primarily led by Dan Meuse, a faculty member at Princeton University and fellow with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.influencewatch.org\/organization\/institute-for-responsive-government-irg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Institute for Responsive Government<\/a>, which is a think tank sponsored by the left-wing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.influencewatch.org\/non-profit\/new-venture-fund\/\">New Venture Fund<\/a>. Meuse\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/daniel-meuse-9b4a4155\">LinkedIn profile<\/a> indicates he previously worked for the office of former Rhode Island Lt. Gov. Elizabeth Roberts, a Democrat.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-1904ed77fbf43f78e1dae2b931af09b5 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-6\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-1904ed77fbf43f78e1dae2b931af09b5\"><\/div>\n<p>Meuse advised local and state election officials on the \u201cbenefits\u201d of employing Federal Work Study (FWS) students, which he claimed will help these officials \u201cenhance [their] operations.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe know that election agencies are already thinking about hiring or have already started hiring \u2026 for the election season that\u2019s coming up this fall,\u201d Meuse said. \u201cThere are opportunities here to create for Federal Work-Study students and for your agency.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">\n<div class=\"row no-gutters body-xs m-0\">\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-4\">Screenshot from Webinar Presentation. <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>Meuse also provided attendees with examples of potential roles for FWS students hired by election offices, including that of a junior customer service assistant. Key responsibilities for the role listed in an accompanying PowerPoint included \u201cgreet[ing] visitors and provid[ing] them with nonpartisan election information\u201d and \u201cprovid[ing] clerical assistance in peak times, such as filing, tracking equipment, and supporting data entry.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Other potential jobs Meuse suggested included junior election technician assistant and junior voter services associate, the latter of which is tasked with \u201csupport[ing] election processes by assisting voters in completing and submitting relevant forms\u201d and \u201censur[ing] confidentiality and security of all election materials.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-445832b5175c171ba2dfefb2c8d6fc00 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-10\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-445832b5175c171ba2dfefb2c8d6fc00\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">\n<div class=\"row no-gutters body-xs m-0\">\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-4\">Screenshot from Webinar Presentation. <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>Meuse additionally advised attendees on potential hiring timelines for onboarding FWS students to work in election offices, how best to schedule students to work these jobs, and compensation guidelines. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2018Zuckbucks\u2019 Meets \u2018Bidenbucks\u2019<\/h2>\n<p>To this day, the meddling in the 2020 election by private actors to boost Biden and Democrats represents an unprecedented level of interference in our elections system. But the \u201cBidenbucks\u201d scheme that left-wing groups like CTCL and others are helping election offices implement is \u201cZuckbucks\u201d on steroids.<\/p>\n<p>The Education Department\u2019s reimagined FWS guidance was issued in compliance with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/presidential-actions\/2021\/03\/07\/executive-order-on-promoting-access-to-voting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Executive Order 14019<\/a>. In addition to forcing federal agencies to increase their voter registration and GOTV activities \u2014 which Congress never authorized \u2014 the directive required these departments to draft \u201cstrategic plan[s]\u201d explaining how they intended to fulfill the order and collaborate with so-called \u201cnonpartisan third-party organizations\u201d approved by the White House to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/house-republicans-hold-the-power-to-stop-bidens-federal-election-rigging\/\" title=\"House Republicans Hold The Power To Stop Biden\u2019s Federal Election Rigging\">supply \u201cvoter registration services<\/a> on agency premises.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Contrary to the administration\u2019s claims, these \u201cnonpartisan\u201d groups are unsurprisingly <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/06\/08\/report-biden-is-coordinating-with-aclu-other-left-wing-groups-to-interfere-in-elections\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">left-wing<\/a>. Among those identified by good government groups and conservative media as collaborating with agencies on taxpayer-funded GOTV efforts are the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.influencewatch.org\/non-profit\/american-civil-liberties-union-aclu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ACLU<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.influencewatch.org\/non-profit\/demos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Demos<\/a>, the latter of which drafted Executive Order 14019 before Biden took office, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailysignal.com\/2024\/05\/12\/exclusive-white-house-issued-template-to-impose-bidens-voter-mobilization-executive-order\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Daily Signal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Education Department\u2019s FWS guidance appears even more partisan when considering that college students are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2020\/08\/24\/71percent-of-college-students-plan-to-voteand-they-prefer-biden-over-trump.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">more likely<\/a> to <a href=\"https:\/\/circle.tufts.edu\/2024-election-youth-poll#a-majority-of-youth-say-they%E2%80%99ll-vote-in-2024%E2%80%94but-less-sure-who-to-vote-for\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">support<\/a> Democrat candidates over Republican ones. During the 2022 midterms, for example, young voters (age 18-29) broke for Democrat House candidates over Republican ones by a <a href=\"https:\/\/circle.tufts.edu\/latest-research\/millions-youth-cast-ballots-decide-key-2022-races\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nearly 2-to-1 margin<\/a>, according to estimates by the Center for Information &#038; Research on Civic Learning and Engagement at Tufts University.<\/p>\n<p>Democrat election officials in battleground states such as Arizona and Nevada have recently <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/05\/01\/swing-states-are-using-taxpayer-money-to-turn-out-democrat-leaning-young-voters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">adopted<\/a> the Biden administration\u2019s approach of using taxpayer dollars to expand voter outreach to college students.<\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s evident is that Democrats will not stop in their efforts to interfere in elections and unfairly boost their candidates\u2019 electoral prospects.
