Gaining and losing stars often affects a restaurant\u2019s popularity. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>The outlet noted that chef Mart\u00ednez didn\u2019t immediately put on the full-sleeved white chef\u2019s jacket he received as a gift from the Michelin rep because his 10-foot by 10-foot cooking area gets very hot.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mart\u00ednez says the secret to the taco stand\u2019s success is keeping the menu simple and concentrating on quality.
