It was in eighth grade when the trans-identifying boy began regularly sexually harassing Adaleia both in the locker rooms and on the field, her parents said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen she told us these things we were horrified and immediately reported it to coaches and the school,\u201d\u00a0Adaleia\u2019s mother Abigail told The Daily Wire. \u201cThe school told our daughter that they were going to investigate and not to say anything, and then we never heard back from them again. Nothing changed for our daughter and she didn\u2019t get any help.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Adaleia described dealing with the boy\u2019s sexual harassment in a <a href=\"https:\/\/adfmedialegalfiles.blob.core.windows.net\/files\/TennesseeDeclarationOfAC.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/adfmedialegalfiles.blob.core.windows.net\/files\/TennesseeDeclarationOfAC.pdf&#038;source=gmail&#038;ust=1715889642519000&#038;usg=AOvVaw3apmX5RfTG-E68lfqptvQT\">statement<\/a> she submitted as part of a lawsuit by several states against the Biden administration\u2019s new Title IX rules, which prohibit schools from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/texas-sues-biden-admin-over-new-transgender-title-ix-rules\/\" title=\"Texas files lawsuit against Biden Administration over new Title IX rules for transgender individuals\">enforcing blanket bans<\/a> on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/new-data-emerges-of-1100-adolescent-gender-affirming-mastectomies\/\" title=\"New Data Emerges Of 1,100+ Adolescent \u2018Gender Affirming\u2019 Mastectomies\">trans-identifying males<\/a> in girls\u2019 sports.<\/p>\n<div title=\"Page 10\">\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>At first, she tried her best to ignore the boy\u2019s inappropriate sexual comments, but they became \u201cmuch more aggressive, vile, and disturbing,\u201d Adaleia said in her statement. Sometimes the boy\u2019s comments were \u201cjust annoying,\u201d like saying she had a \u201cnice butt,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>However, towards the end of eighth grade the boy, who claimed to be a girl, was telling her to \u201csuck my d***\u201d two to three times a week. He also told her, \u201cI\u2019m gonna stick my d*** into your pu***,\u201d sometimes adding \u201cand in your a**\u201d as well.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese comments were disturbing and caused me deep distress,\u201d Adaleia said in her statement.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>She tried to change in the bathroom stall whenever she could to avoid changing in front of her biologically male classmate, but time was often short before practice, she said. She also said the trans-identifying boy would taunt her about his sexuality \u2014 she recalled the boy telling her, \u201cYou have more testosterone than I do, and I am still beating you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Her parents say they had to get a lawyer involved to even get a response from the school about her complaints, and the school sent them a letter saying it had found no evidence of their claims.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo really nothing has been done at this point,\u201d Adaleia\u2019s father Holden said. \u201cWe would really like to just make it to where girls have a safe space to compete, change in their locker rooms, when they\u2019re most vulnerable.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe were just so hurt and shocked and just taken aback by their response that we just have been doing everything since then to try to take action and to tell the truth about what\u2019s going on so this won\u2019t happen to our daughter again or hopefully any other girls,\u201d Abigail Cross said.<\/p>\n<p>In her statement, Adaleia said she does not want her younger sister who is \u201cvery shy\u201d to go through what she went through.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEmotionally, it got our daughter down towards the end of last year,\u201d her father said. \u201cIt\u2019s been a lot for us. It\u2019s been a lot for our daughter. It\u2019s been a lot for our other two kids who have to lose time with us for various different reasons.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Next year the trans-identifying boy is set to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fla-gov-desantis-signs-bill-to-require-financial-literacy-courses-in-high-school\/\" title=\"Fla. Both play the trumpet in the marching band as well. One by one, the five girls stepped into the starting area and then stepped out, video of the competition shows.<\/p>\n<p>The Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) is representing Adaleia\u2019s family in the lawsuit from West Virginia, Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana against the Biden administration.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Biden administration\u2019s radical attempt to redefine sex in Title IX to include gender identity is really gutting equal opportunities for women,\u201d ADF legal counsel Rachel Rouleau told The Daily Wire. \u201cThis will take out women\u2019s privacy and safety like we\u2019re seeing in this case with Adaleia.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The case has a hearing scheduled for June 10 where the judge will weigh whether the Title IX changes will go into effect on August 1 or be blocked pending the lawsuit against them.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re very hopeful that these rules will not go into effect, and women and girls can be protected,\u201d Rouleau said.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The parents of a West Virginia middle school girl expressed horror after their daughter reported being sexually harassed by a trans-identifying boy at school.
