Accusations range from supervisors sending nude photos to escorting\u200d staff to brothels\u2062 on official trips.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/fdic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation<\/a> Chairman Martin Gruenberg will be testifying\u00a0before the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/house-financial-services-committee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>House Financial Services Committee<\/a> on Wednesday regarding a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fdic.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/2024-05\/cleary-report-to-fdic-src.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>report<\/a> that revealed the agency is rampant with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/sexual-misconduct\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>sexual misconduct<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>The 234-page report was conducted by Cleary Gottlieb Steen &#038; Hamilton at the request of a special committee formed by the FDIC last year. Investigators talked to 500 out of 6,000 FDIC employees who shared their experiences of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/ex-cuomo-aide-makes-shocking-sexual-harassment-allegation\/\" title=\"Ex-Cuomo Aide Makes Shocking Sexual Harassment Allegation\">sexual harassment<\/a> and recounted their fears of retaliation from their superiors. (AP Photo\/Mariam Zuhaib)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The report also found Gruenberg had a \u201creputation for bullying and for having an explosive temper\u201d leaving staff feeling \u201cdisrespected, disparaged, and treated unfairly.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhile not the root cause of the sexual harassment, discrimination, or other workplace misconduct impacting the agency as a whole, a number of people noted that tone and culture flows from the top down, and having a leader with a reputation of this type does create certain challenges in leading a cultural transformation that prioritizes a more <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/surveillance-footage-shows-incredibly-disturbing-attempt-to-kidnap-4-year-old-at-walmart-sheriff\/\" title=\"Disturbing Walmart surveillance footage reveals attempted kidnapping of 4-year-old: Sheriff\">positive workplace culture<\/a>,\u201d the report said. <\/p>\n<p>Several members of Congress have called on Gruenberg to resign. A day following the release of the report, Republicans, including House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY), called on President Joe Biden to release all communications and documents related to the allegations against Gruenberg.<\/p>\n<p>However, Rep.
