Moore first testified to the committee about the issue in April 2023 but refused to comment any time she was asked about several agents who suffered suspensions. <\/p>\n<p>She claimed she was \u201cnot allowed to discuss ongoing security investigations,\u201d prompting the House Judiciary Committee <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/04\/25\/house-republicans-subpoena-fbi-official-for-alleged-retaliation-against-whistleblowers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">to subpoena<\/a> her for refusing \u201cto answer questions during her transcribed interview about the FBI\u2019s retaliation against brave whistleblowers who have come forward.\u201d <\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-1a22be2470c91b0f46fec6b8061dc84a fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-6\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-1a22be2470c91b0f46fec6b8061dc84a\"><\/div>\n<p>Special Agent Garret O\u2019Boyle, Special Agent Stephen Friend, Supervisory Intelligence Analyst George Hill, and Staff Operations Specialist Marcus Allen <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/05\/18\/whistleblowers-expose-fbis-corruption-and-ongoing-persecution-of-political-opponents-in-damning-new-testimony\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">all testified to Congress<\/a> in early 2023 that the FBI not only weaponized itself against its political opponents but punished employees who tried to uncover the corruption. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\"> <span class=\"FDPnVOzipv1qWo8XbmUZxSO9HQAsyHul4CRrGjoJTwxKRhrI5MdZn0s4vYMtq70uWp28eEj6D3PXIdfLbt2Fc\"><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/FBI?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@fbi<\/a> has kept me suspended for 20 months; even after an adjudicator recommended me for reinstatement. In that sitdown, she admitted that, as the security program manager, she was the \u201cultimate decisionmaker when it comes to suspending a security clearance.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><\/figure>\n<p>When asked to explain the \u201csteady rise in referrals\u201d for\u00a0\u201csecurity incidents and security investigations\u201d in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/flashback-teacher-sues-school-board-after-being-fired-he-refused-to-compromise-on-trans-pronouns\/\" title=\"Flashback: Teacher Sues School Board After Being Fired \u2013 He Refused To Compromise on Trans Pronouns\">recent years<\/a>, Moore claimed it was because the FBI\u2019s Security Division began \u201creally emphasizing operation securities throughout the organization.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe do monthly newsletters, and they have posters that go up throughout the office, and people better understand the process. People were more likely to\u00a0report. It\u2019s across the board. We see it, I believe, also in our internal investigation referrals,\u201d she continued. <\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-78adcf6468b015a4556839160c937a4a fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-10\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-78adcf6468b015a4556839160c937a4a\"><\/div>\n<p>Moore even suggested the agency suddenly became more efficient at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/former-national-security-officials-urge-congress-to-investigate-fbis-security-clearances-after-durham-report-findings\/\" title=\"Ex-National Security Officials Urge Congress to Probe FBI's Clearances Post Durham Report.\">revoking security clearances<\/a> because it \u201cbifurcated or trifurcated\u00a0our investigative group into three different parts\u201d and \u201cincreased the staffing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Moore categorically denied accusations that the FBI retaliated against certain agents because they held beliefs contrary to that of the Democrat regime. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><\/figure>\n<p>She even claimed in her April interview that the FBI never suspended any agents \u201cfor executing lawful and legal First Amendment\u00a0rights as it relates to January 6th.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Yet Moore later admitted that Marcus Allen, a former Marine\u00a0and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/whistleblowers-expose-fbis-corruption-and-ongoing-persecution-of-political-opponents-in-damning-new-testimony\/\" title=\"FBI corruption and persecution of political opponents exposed by whistleblowers in new testimony.\">staff operations specialist<\/a> who testified to Congress about his agency\u2019s partisan firings, was rooted in his \u201cconspiratorial\u00a0views\u201d on Jan. 6, 2021, which she defined as \u201calternative views to what was known as public\u00a0knowledge.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><\/figure>\n<p>Moore also confirmed that the FBI designated agents who did not comply with President Joe Biden\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/presidential-actions\/2021\/09\/09\/executive-order-on-requiring-coronavirus-disease-2019-vaccination-for-federal-employees\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">September 2021 Covid jab demands<\/a> as AWOL until a preliminary injunction was issued against the order in January 2022. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Horowitz Confirms Retaliation<\/h2>\n<p>The release of Moore\u2019s 2023 transcripts coincides with a <a href=\"https:\/\/oig.justice.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/reports\/24-067.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">report<\/a> from Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz\u00a0on Tuesday confirming the FBI abused and delayed its security clearance evaluation procedures to punish employees who spoke up about the bureau\u2019s corruption.<\/p>\n<p>Horowitz initiated his investigation after receiving myriad complaints \u201cfrom employees of a DOJ component, alleging that their security clearances were suspended in retaliation for protected whistleblowing activity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Current FBI policy does not allow \u201cemployees whose security clearance has been suspended for more than 1 year to file a retaliation complaint.\u201d Data provided to the OIG by the FBI suggests 106 employees over the last five years were stripped of their security clearance for longer than six months \u2014 for an average of 17.5 months. This indefinite suspension, Horowitz noted, completely inhibits agents\u2019 ability to formally claim retribution.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs this data reflects, it is unlikely that security clearance reviews, from suspension to a final decision to revoke, are being completed in 1 year,\u201d the report notes. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oig.dhs.gov\/whistleblower-protection#:~:text=receiving%20such%20disclosures.-,What%20is%20whistleblower%20retaliation%3F,for%20making%20a%20protected%20disclosure.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Federal whistleblower protection laws<\/a> prohibit government agencies from cutting off an employee\u2019s access to classified information because he or she made a \u201cprotected disclosure.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>As the Judiciary Committee and Weaponization Subcommittee noted in <a href=\"https:\/\/judiciary.house.gov\/sites\/evo-subsites\/republicans-judiciary.house.gov\/files\/evo-media-document\/2023-05-17-fbi-whistleblower-testimony-highlights-government-abuse-misallocation-of-resources-and-retaliation-sm.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">their May 2023 report<\/a>, the FBI \u201cviolated federal whistleblower protection laws and abused its security clearance review process to hamstring the brave agents who exercise their right to make protected disclosures to Congress or who dared to question agency leadership.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhistleblower testimony makes clear that the FBI rid itself of employees who dared to<br \/>speak out against FBI leadership or to raise good-faith concerns about FBI operations,\u201d the report notes.<\/p>\n<p>The report goes so far as to conclude that \u201cthe FBI\u2019s partisan leadership is currently engaging in a \u2018purge\u2019 of agents who hold conservative political beliefs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Polling suggests <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/06\/05\/majority-of-americans-want-corrupt-fbi-to-be-reformed-or-shut-down\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">more than half of the nation <\/a>wants the FBI to face some form of punishment for its partisan weaponization campaign against Americans. <\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-5c427d9b3201df43e3ce5a4288f9ee3f fdrlst__b89e9-after-post-content\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-5c427d9b3201df43e3ce5a4288f9ee3f\"><\/div>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\">    \t\t\t\t\t   \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A recent inspector general report, along with transcripts from an FBI official&#8217;s 2023 interview, reveals the FBI&#8217;s tactic of retaliating against whistleblowers by suddenly suspending their security clearances.
