Trump Has That Now\">press secretary<\/a> Karine Jean-Pierre.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/kjp-panics-hangs-middle-interview-reporter-shows-isnt-democratic-party-propagandist\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The inept spokeswoman<\/a> for President <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/super-bowl-champion-shreds-biden-commencement-address-support-murder-innocent-babies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Joe Biden<\/a> said the \u201cquiet part out loud\u201d on Tuesday, per a clip shared on X by the RNC Research account.<\/p>\n<p>Jean-Pierre was asked to comment on Trump\u2019s ongoing criminal \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/judge-threatens-trump-jail-time-hits-massive-fine-hush-money-trial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hush money<\/a>\u201d trial in New York.<\/p>\n<p>The public has been told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/report-trump-big-ask-oil-executive-meets-discuss-re-election\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trump<\/a> is not being tried in an election year as the only threat to the Democratic Party\u2019s stranglehold on the federal government because of political reasons.<\/p>\n<p>But when Jean-Pierre was asked to comment on the case, she appeared to reveal that Manhattan District Attorney <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/alvin-braggs-top-trump-prosecutor-comes-official-investigation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alvin Bragg\u2019s<\/a> case against Trump is actually directly related to the November presidential election and entirely political.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWas it appropriate for Speaker [Mike] Johnson to show up at the trial of the former president today?\u201d a reporter asked Jean-Pierre.<\/p>\n<p>Her response was as telling as it was garbled.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLook, so I\u2019m \u2014 I can\u2019t speak to, uh, um \u2014 don\u2019t wanna comment as obviously this is related to 2024 elections, and I can\u2019t speak to the speaker\u2019s schedule,\u201d she replied.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">QUIET PART OUT LOUD: Karine Jean-Pierre says she can\u2019t comment on the Biden-led witch hunt against President Trump because it\u2019s \u201crelated to 2024 elections\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/N9bzK72Xrm\">pic.twitter.com\/N9bzK72Xrm<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 RNC Research (@RNCResearch) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RNCResearch\/status\/1790437438910853504?\">May 14, 2024<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div id=\"firefly-poll-container\">\n<p>Do you believe the Trump trial will hurt Democrats in November?<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Per <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/reporter-asks-one-question-need-answer-migrants-overrun-us-soldiers-kjps-response-says\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jean-Pierre<\/a>, Trump\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trumps-mugshot-backfires-massively-on-the-left\/\" title=\"Trump's mugshot causes major backlash from the left.\">unprecedented criminal trial<\/a> in a hostile, majority Democratic city is an election issue and not an example of blind justice ensuring that no one is above the law.<\/p>\n<p>She couldn\u2019t comment on the kangaroo court that is seeking to imprison her boss\u2019s chief political rival out of an apparent fear of violating <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/top-biden-administration-official-accused-violating-hatch-act-official-complaint\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Hatch Act<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The press secretary is absolutely permitted to discuss current events from the podium, and the trial of <em>Trump v. a weaponized justice system<\/em> is exactly that \u2014 a current event.<\/p>\n<p>But someone in Jean-Pierre\u2019s position cannot use politically loaded language \u2014 such as labeling Biden\u2019s opponents \u201cmega MAGA Republicans,\u201d which she did in November 2022 \u2014 in her official capacity as the face of the White House.<\/p>\n<p>Her language during a briefing on Nov. 2 of that year led to a series of accusations that she had violated the Hatch Act, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/politics\/white-house\/white-house-press-secretary-violated-hatch-act-watchdog-agency-says-rcna88526\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NBC News<\/a> reported at the time.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Jean-Pierre: \u201cDemocracy is under assault and we cannot pretend otherwise\u2026 Mega MAGA Republicans do not believe in the rule of law. They refuse to accept the results of elections and they fan the flames of political violence.\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/24LwmJnGdv\">pic.twitter.com\/24LwmJnGdv<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Greg Price (@greg_price11) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/greg_price11\/status\/1587864656911245319?\">November 2, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The Hatch Act was written and enacted to prevent people from using government posts to influence voters.<\/p>\n<p>Jean-Pierre went on to cite the act later numerous times after the above briefing in an attempt to keep herself out of trouble, NBC News further reported.<\/p>\n<p>She seemed keenly aware on Tuesday that there are things she can and cannot say while doing her job.<\/p>\n<p>But the revelation that Trump\u2019s ongoing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/2-top-republicans-demand-doj-open-criminal-probe-michael-cohen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">prosecution<\/a> in New York is an election matter appeared to be a slip.<\/p>\n<p>In a rare moment, Jean-Pierre actually told the country the truth Tuesday, when she admitted the first-ever criminal trial of a U.S. president and a favorite in some polls to be president again in January, is inherently political.<\/p>\n<p>Jean-Pierre was honest, and it appeared to be entirely by mistake.<\/p>\n<p>The cat is out of the bag now.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<div>\n<p><b><i>An Important Message from Our Staff:<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><i><span>In just a few months, the world is going to change forever.
