Nolan, Jr., a magistrate judge who sits on the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, released 18-year-old Amonte Moody ahead of his trial even though he is accused of firing more than two <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/ukrainian-defenders-hold-out-in-donbas-under-heavy-russian-fire\/\" title=\"Ukrainian Defenders Hold Out in Donbas Under Heavy Russian Fire\">dozen rounds<\/a> at a car full of people, Fox News <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/judge-facing-heat-releasing-alleged-dc-teen-shooter-donated-soros-fund-posted-being-woke\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a>. Nolan\u2019s social media accounts reportedly show that he is heavily involved in leftist politics, has promoted Black Lives Matter, and donated to a fundraiser that supported a professor tied to Democrat mega-donor George Soros.<\/p>\n<p>That donation went to Gideon\u2019s Promise, which was founded in 2007 on behalf of a professor through a fellowship from Soros\u2019 Open Society Foundations.
