Jackson Women's Health Organization\">Dobbs v. Jackson Women\u2019s Health Organization<\/a><\/em>, as she and President Joe Biden campaign for another term with abortion as a key topic.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis court has shown itself to be an activist court,\u201d Harris said. \u201cI worry about fundamental freedoms across the board.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She did not offer specific decisions she feared could be reversed, claiming she did not want to sound \u201calarmist,\u201d but said that \u201cthis court has made it very clear that they are willing to undo recognized rights.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Harris pointed to Thomas\u2019s concurrence in the <em>Dobbs <\/em>decision, in which he pointed to other decisions by the high court in which he believes justices went beyond the Constitution to establish alleged rights.<\/p>\n<figure><figcaption>Vice President Kamala Harris speaks during a campaign event in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday, May 8, 2024. Just look at one of the justices to see where they might go next.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Biden-Harris campaign has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/suspected-fbi-leaker-could-evade-consequences\/\" title=\"Suspected FBI Leaker Could Evade Consequences\">regularly criticized<\/a> the Supreme Court, specifically for its decision in <em>Dobbs<\/em>, in which abortion law was returned to the states.
