Efforts\u2064 to\u200c contact Gardner have been fruitless, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/gop-chairwoman-ward-wants-decertification-of-ariz-election-results\/\" title=\"GOP chairwoman Ward wants decertification of Ariz. election results\">raising concerns<\/a> about transparency and accountability.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<p>Disgraced St. Louis Circuit Attorney <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/topic\/kim-gardner\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kim Gardner<\/a> is apparently missing in action as Missouri State Auditor Scott Fitzpatrick has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/5-ways-parents-are-being-silenced-by-school-boards\/\" title=\"5 Ways Parents Are Being Silenced By School Boards\">made multiple attempts<\/a> to locate her to ask questions about an ongoing audit of her former office.<\/p>\n<p>Gardner\u2019s office has been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ksdk.com\/article\/news\/politics\/where-is-kim-gardner-missouri-auditor-wants-know\/63-7e00c73e-f430-4398-9471-6e6041245bcf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">under investigation<\/a> since 2021, when former Auditor Nicole Galloway was still in office. Fitzpatrick stepped into the role in 2023, and subpoenaed a number of records from Gardner\u2019s office \u2013 but the office reportedly only delivered some of the requested documents.<\/p>\n<p>Fitzpatrick took Gardner to court in order to get the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/exclusive-fred-fleitz-timing-of-u-s-intel-accusing-russia-of-false-flag-attack-too-convenient\/\" title=\"Exclusive \u2014 Fred Fleitz: Timing of U.S. Intel Accusing Russia of \u2018False Flag\u2019 Attack \u2018Too Convenient\u2019\">remaining information<\/a>, but instead of cooperating with the investigation, she resigned from office in May of 2023. In the months since, Fitzpatrick has attempted to reach Gardner \u2014 either directly or through her attorneys \u2014 and has had no luck.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a pattern of behavior with Kim Gardner, who hasn\u2019t shown a willingness to be transparent or accountable,\u201d Fitzpatrick said in a <a href=\"https:\/\/fox2now.com\/news\/missouri\/auditors-cant-locate-former-st-louis-circuit-attorney-to-complete-state-audit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news release<\/a> on Monday. \u201cWithout question, she knows our audit is ongoing and that we want to speak with her about her time in office, but she has made no effort to comply with our requests or respond to our inquiries.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lieutenant Governor Mike Kehoe (R-MO) \u2014 who is currently running for governor \u2014 called out the former <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/philly-da-enjoyed-european-excursion-as-homicides-spiked\/\" title=\"Philly DA Enjoyed European Excursion as Homicides Spiked\">circuit attorney<\/a> via X: \u201cWhere in the world is Kim Gardner?
