Despite saying he does not belong to <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/rfk-jr-presidential-campaign-independent-2024-30d940109c4956de9c81f332ec418463\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>any party<\/a>, some have helped him get there. <\/p>\n<p>As he embarks on his quest to get on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/ballot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>ballot<\/a> in all 50 states, Kennedy will <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/rfk-jr-quest-presidential-ballot-50-states\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>appear<\/a> on the ballot in California, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, New Hampshire, Nevada, North Carolina, and Utah so far. The PAC supporting Kennedy also said it had gathered enough signatures to place him on the ballot in Arizona, Georgia, and South Carolina.<\/p>\n<p>In some states, however, Kennedy has partnered with little-known parties in order to bypass signature gathering to get on the ballot. <\/p>\n<p>In California and Michigan, he was nominated by parties that <a href=\"https:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/Politics\/rfk-jrs-clever-move-earn-ballot-access-nationwide\/story?id=109872197\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>already had placements<\/a> on the ballot: Natural Law Party of Michigan and the American Independent Party of California. According to ABC News, his campaign has been in contact with similar small parties in six other states.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/this-weeks-spygate-trial-is-bad-news-for-hillary-clinton\/\" title=\"This Week\u2019s Spygate Trial Is Bad News For Hillary Clinton\">campaign sees<\/a> and recognizes that these are very convenient vessels out there, it\u2019s a clever move, and it\u2019s not a surprise they do it,\u201d Derek Muller, a University of Notre Dame professor who specializes in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/the-red-wave-of-conservative-women-elected-to-congress\/\" title=\"The Red Wave of Conservative Women Elected to Congress\">election law<\/a>, told ABC News.<\/p>\n<p>Courting other parties hasn\u2019t completely worked for the Kennedy campaign. The Unity Party of Colorado chose to nominate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/Cornel-West\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Cornel West<\/a>, another third<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/manufactured-this-russian-collusion-lie-tulsi-gabbard-levels-hillary-clinton-over-durham-report\/\" title=\"\u2018Manufactured This Russian Collusion Lie\u2019: Tulsi Gabbard Levels Hillary Clinton Over Durham Report\">-party presidential candidate<\/a>, over Kennedy. <\/p>\n<p>The Alliance Party, which has ballot access in South Carolina, is seemingly receptive to taking on Kennedy as its nominee.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNational Alliance Party leadership has begun early conversations with the campaign for potential mutual support,\u201d Phil Feuhrer, the party\u2019s national co-vice chair said.<\/p>\n<p>He said the conversations are \u201cyoung and still ongoing\u201d but could reach <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/Minnesota\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Minnesota<\/a> as well. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf we reach full agreement with the campaign and our internal statewide leadership teams, it would include placement onto the South Carolina ballot as well as the Minnesota Independence-Alliance taking lead on placing the campaign onto the Minnesota ballot,\u201d Feuhrer said.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a tricky line to walk as sometimes smaller parties have questionable histories or ideology that doesn\u2019t completely align with Kennedy\u2019s positions. The American Independent Party of California endorsed George Wallace, the former governor of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/Alabama\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Alabama<\/a> and well-known segregationist.
