The top spenders will also receive a physical trading card, as well as a piece of the suit Trump wore the day he was arrested last August in Fulton County, Georgia. <\/p>\n<p>The Trump \u201cMugshot\u201d NFT is a nod to Trump\u2019s mugshot from when he was arrested on charges alleging that he conspired to overturn that state\u2019s 2020 election results. He has yet to go to trial for those charges. Some of the pieces of the suit will actually be signed, Trump said in a <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CollectTrump\/status\/1786454408357691605\">video<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Those who bought 100 NFTs \u2014 costing nearly $10,000 \u2014 were invited to a \u201cVIP\u201d cocktail reception before the dinner. They will also be receiving cards that include pieces of Trump\u2019s suit as well as the tie he wore when he was arrested.<\/p>\n<p>Trump has complained that his trial in New York has made campaigning in swing states difficult. Last Wednesday, he spent his day off from trial campaigning in Wisconsin and Michigan. <\/p>\n<p>Instead, Trump relied heavily on using his name and likeness to make money.
