The event excludes white individuals, emphasizing\u2062 recruitment of diverse \u200ctalent. Concerns over \u200bdiscrimination and\u2064 exclusion based on race have sparked debates in corporate America about the implications \u2062of DEI practices. Target faced backlash for its DEI \u200cinitiatives, \u2064such as an LGBT children&#8217;s clothing line.\u2063 NASCAR also encountered criticism for its diversity internship rules.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Corporate giants including Target, US Bank, and Best Buy are teaming up with a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consulting firm to hold a race-based career fair that appears to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/adl-quietly-changed-its-definition-of-racism-to-exclude-white-people\/\" title=\"ADL Quietly Changed Its Definition of Racism to Exclude White People\">exclude white people<\/a> on the basis of their race.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Called the<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.peopleofcolorcareerfair.com\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">People of Color Career Fair<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, the event is set to take place in Minneapolis, Minnesota in October and boasts a long list of sponsors, including not only Target, US Bank, and Best Buy, but also Delta Airlines, General Mills, the Minnesota Department of Education, and Minneapolis Public Schools.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cAt US Bank, we\u2019re clear about our DEI commitments and what we need to do to diversify our workforce even more,\u201d the financial institution\u2019s Chief Diversity Officer Greg Cunningham said in a statement endorsing the conference, adding that the event allows US Bank to \u201cexecute on various aspects of our DEI recruiting strategy.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The fair is being organized by the<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.raemackenziegroup.com\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Rae Mackenzie Group<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, a DEI consulting firm that encourages corporations to recruit new employees on the basis of their race.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cIt doesn\u2019t matter if your messaging is on point and you\u2019re connected with Black-owned vendors and nonprofits, if People of Color aren\u2019t joining and staying with your organization, then something is missing from your approach,\u201d the<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.raemackenziegroup.com\/pillars-of-diversity-equity-inclusion\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">consulting firm claims<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. \u201cA lack of diversity is fatal for your business.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cYou simply cannot effectively lead your organization in the right direction if your organization lacks People of Color bringing their perspective and lens to your organization,\u201d the Rae Mackenzie Group goes on to<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.raemackenziegroup.com\/blog\/how-to-reach-and-retain-diverse-talent\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">warn<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. \u201cIf you\u2019re not integrating your DEI strategy into every aspect of your marketing and communications, you\u2019re falling behind.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The DEI consulting firm managed to garner the support of at least two companies that have a history of partaking in DEI programs that discriminate against white people on the basis of their race. Both US Bank and Best Buy partnered with McKinsey and Company to offer professional development trainings that barred white employees and intended to \u201cdiversify talent pipelines\u201d and \u201caccelerate racial equity.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">BOMBSHELL in <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/realDailyWire?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@realDailyWire<\/a>: <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/usbank?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@usbank<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Bayer?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@Bayer<\/a>   participated in a racially discriminatory training program that banned white employees from participation.<\/p>\n<p>It is the same program that <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BestBuy?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@BestBuy<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/LibertyMutual?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@LibertyMutual<\/a> used.<\/p>\n<p>Here are their employees promoting the program:<\/p>\n<p>Thread\ud83e\uddf5 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/I5akQcbhva\">pic.twitter.com\/I5akQcbhva<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Spencer Lindquist \ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\uddf8 (@SpencerLndqst) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SpencerLndqst\/status\/1691564674100117815?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">August 15, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Target has also come under heavy criticism for its DEI agenda and faced a boycott last year over its<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/target-releases-latest-pride-collection-complete-with-kids-books-and-rainbow-items-for-babies\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">LGBT children\u2019s clothing line<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and merchandise, which included a kid\u2019s book called \u201cBye Bye Binary\u201d about a non-binary baby.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Discrimination against white and Asian people on the basis of their race has become increasingly common in corporate America, with companies embedding leftwing ideologies into their practices in the name of DEI. A \u201cdiversity internship\u201d at NASCAR, for example,<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/blatantly-illegal-nascar-bans-white-applicants-from-diversity-internship\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">banned<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  white applicants on the basis of their race and was called \u201cblatantly illegal\u201d by one lawyer, an investigation from The Daily Wire revealed. NASCAR<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/nascar-takes-down-blatantly-illegal-racial-requirement-for-internship-after-daily-wire-report\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">removed<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  the racial eligibility requirement following the report from The Daily Wire, but has not yet removed two other programs that similarly discriminate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Kraft Group, which is best known for owning the New England Patriots, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/mcdonalds-to-temporarily-shut-down-locations-in-russia\/\" title=\"McDonald\u2019s To Temporarily Shut Down Locations In Russia\">recently received criticism<\/a> over a listing for a Sports Management Associate position that<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/new-england-patriots-owner-under-fire-for-discriminatory-bipoc-job-requirement\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">listed<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  a non-white racial background as a qualification for the role. There are also the tech companies<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/ibm-hosts-internships-that-bar-whites-asians-and-men-with-exception-for-men-who-identify-as-women\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">IBM<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  and<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/oracle-internship-scholarship-opportunities-bar-whites-and-asians-on-the-basis-of-race\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Oracle<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, both of which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/new-england-patriots-owner-under-fire-for-discriminatory-bipoc-job-requirement\/\" title=\"New England Patriots Owner Faces Backlash Over Discriminatory Job Requirement for BIPOC\">hosted internship programs<\/a> that excluded both white and Asian applicants on the basis of their race. Microsoft even<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/microsoft-brags-that-it-pays-white-employees-less-than-non-white-employees-despite-same-job-title\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">bragged<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  that it paid white employees less than it paid white people \u201cfor the same job title.\u201d Apple hosted entrepreneur training programs that are only open to companies with leaders who are women or who are not white or Asian, an<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/apple-entrepreneur-camp-program-bars-applicants-based-on-race\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">investigation<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  from The Daily Wire previously revealed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Neither the corporations nor the Rae Mackenzie Group responded to requests for comment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Major corporations such as Target, US Bank, and Best Buy are partnering with a DEI consulting firm for a race-specific career fair, seemingly excluding white individuals based on race.
