Representative David Rouzer \u2062criticized the program, stating that 404,000 individuals were paroled \u200cwithout\u200d a legal basis. The Biden administration&#8217;s actions were condemned for worsening the \u200bborder crisis. The program includes migrants from Cuba, Haiti,\u2063 Nicaragua, and Venezuela. In 2023, more than 400,000 migrants were resettled in\u200b the US through Biden&#8217;s mass-parole initiative. Representative David Rouzer criticized the \u200bprogram, \u2064highlighting that\u200d 404,000 individuals were paroled without\u2063 legal\u200d grounds. The Biden \u200cadministration faced backlash for exacerbating the border\u2063 crisis, with migrants from Cuba,\u2064 Haiti,\u200b Nicaragua, and Venezuela included in\u200d the program.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>(The Center Square) \u2013 One hundred three were flown to Charlotte Douglas International, two to Raleigh-Durham International among more than 400,000 migrants relocated to the United States in the Biden administration\u2019s mass-parole program in 2023 between January and August.<\/p>\n<p>The figures were obtained and made public last week by the Committee on Homeland Security in the U.S. House of Representatives. Only two of North Carolina\u2019s airports were on the documents and didn\u2019t crack the top 15, by passenger volume, of more than 50 utilized.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of the Cuban, Haitian, Nicaraguan, and Venezuelan mass-parole program, U.S. Rep. David Rouzer, R-N.C., said, \u201cThe program was officially launched in January 2023, and since then 404,000 inadmissible aliens have been paroled into the country. DHS also admitted that none of these individuals have a legal basis to enter the country. This is yet another egregious abuse of power by the Biden administration making the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/gop-lawmakers-condemn-biden-admin-over-border-crisis\/\" title=\"GOP lawmakers condemn Biden admin. over border crisis\">ongoing border crisis<\/a> even worse while trying to hide the influx of illegal immigrants reaching every corner of the United States.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The White House said, in launching the program, \u201cUp to 30,000 individuals per month from these four countries, who have an eligible sponsor and pass vetting and background checks, can come to the United States for a period of two years and receive work authorization. Individuals who irregularly cross the Panama, Mexico, or U.S. border after the date of this announcement will be ineligible for the parole process and will be subject to expulsion to Mexico, which will accept returns of 30,000 individuals per month from these four countries who fail to use these new pathways.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>U.S. Rep. Richard Hudson, R-N.C., called for accountability of the Biden administration program.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecentersquare.com\/national\/article_5d0609c0-0889-11ef-a649-3f2bad981333.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Miami and Fort Lauderdale airports in Florida<\/strong><\/a> topped the list with 91,821 and 60,461, respectively. New York City had 14,827, third-most ahead of Houston (7,923) and Orlando (6,043).<\/p>\n<p>Rep. Dr. Mark Green, Republican from Tennessee and chairman of the committee, said, \u201cThese documents expose the egregious lengths Secretary Mayorkas will go to ensure inadmissible aliens reach every corner of the country, from Orlando and Atlanta to Las Vegas and San Francisco.
