Former President Franklin Delano Roosevelt holds the record for most vetoes, striking down 635 pieces of legislation from 1933 to 1945.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOnce again, the Biden Administration is prioritizing special interests over small businesses and American workers,\u201d House Majority Leader Steve Scalise\u2019s (R-LA) office said Sunday night before confirming to the <em>Washington Examiner<\/em> that the veto override would be brought to the House floor on Tuesday. \u201cWe should be fighting to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/kari-lake-lets-talk-turkey-bidenomics-is-a-dud\/\" title=\"Kari Lake: Bidenomics Fails\">empower small businesses<\/a> and grow job opportunities to allow Americans to succeed \u2014 not imposing more red tape, undermining entrepreneurship, and placing the American Dream out of reach.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Critics of the NLRB\u2019s new rule, which was finalized in 2023, say the Biden administration was throwing small businesses under the bus and opening them up to potentially spurious labor lawsuits to please \u201cspecial interest\u201d union groups.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe already have the right to collectively bargain in this country, but this rule goes too far. This is the most glaring evidence yet that capitalism and choice are threats to this administration\u2019s socialist, \u2018America last\u2019 agenda,\u201d Rep.
