He also starred as Capt. Hill appeared in the show as the father of Martin Freeman, who stars in the show, according to the AP.<\/p>\n<p>When asked to cite his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/rings-power-sinking-bad-reviews-amazon-puts-three-day-pause-reviews\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fondest memory<\/a> in a 2011 interview at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.norwichfilmfestival.co.uk\/blog\/exclusive-interview-with-bernard-hill\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Norwich Film Festival<\/a>, Hill replied, \u201cI loved every minute of every day that I was on \u2018Lord of the Rings.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>During that interview he was asked if he expected \u201cTitanic\u201d to be the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/titanic-debris-kate-winslet-floated-sells-tops-indiana-jones-whip-shining-ax\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">success<\/a> that it was.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">I had a couple of scenes with Bernard Hill in True Crime.
