Forensic Report BOMBSHELL Reveals Dominion Machines Were Set At 68.05% Error Rate\u2026Meaning 68.05% Of Ballots Could Be Sent Out For Mass Adjudication, Giving Individuals Or Machines Ability To Change 68.05% Of Votes\">judge made<\/a> his decision after Mike Roman, one of Trump\u2019s co-defendants, alleged that Willis and Wade were involved in a romantic relationship, leading to questions if Willis was benefiting from appointing Wade to handle the case.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWorkplace romances are as American as apple pie,\u201d Wade said <a href=\"https:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/US\/fulton-county-prosecutor-nathan-wade-speaks-workplace-romances\/story?id=109939216\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>in a new interview<\/a>. \u201cIt happens to everyone. (AP Photos)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>When asked if he regrets his romance with Willis, Wade said he regrets how it became \u201cthe focal point\u201d of the case, which relates to Trump\u2019s attempt to overturn the 2020 election results in the state of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/georgia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Georgia<\/a>. He also lamented that details of his personal life were taking focus away from \u201cthe true issues of this case.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/justice\/2923368\/trump-prosecutor-nathan-wade-resigns-from-fani-williss-office\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Wade resigned from the case<\/a> on March 15, which Willis accepted and praised her coworker as a \u201cbrave\u201d and \u201coutstanding advocate.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Willis has also faced <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/justice\/2990299\/special-georgia-senate-committee-probes-fani-willis-for-misuse-of-funds\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>other setbacks while in the case<\/a>, including questions from Congress about a whistleblower claim about her use of a $488,000 federal grant. The whistleblower, Amanda Timpson, accused Willis in January of firing her after Timpson raised concerns in 2021 that a Willis aide planned to use a portion of the grant for frivolous expenses.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>CLICK HERE TO READ MORE FROM THE WASHINGTON EXAMINER<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Willis\u2019s office has said the claim is inaccurate and that Timpson is a disgruntled employee who was fired \u201cfor cause.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>There is currently no trial date set for Trump\u2019s trial in Fulton County.
