fifth-grade student.<\/p>\n<p>Madison Bergmann, 24, was charged this week with first-degree child sexual assault with a child under age 13, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/minnesota\/news\/hudson-rivercrest-elementary-teacher-charges-madison-bergmann\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CBS News<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Police had been called to River Crest Elementary School in Hudson in connection to a call alleging \u201cinappropriate conduct between a current teacher and a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/indiana-teacher-in-custody-after-allegedly-telling-student-about-her-kill-list\/\" title=\"Indiana Teacher in Custody After Allegedly Telling Student About Her Kill List\">5th grade student<\/a>,\u201d according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/man-charged-with-murder-cannibalism-after-body-parts-found-in-microwave\/\" title=\"Man Charged with Murder, Cannibalism After Body Parts Found in Microwave\">charging documents obtained<\/a> by CBS.<\/p>\n<p>The alleged victim later was identified as an 11-year old boy.<\/p>\n<p>The boy\u2019s parents allegedly had <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/man-with-disturbing-fascination-of-mass-school-shootings-charged-for-leaving-dead-animals-at-parkland-memorial-site-sherriff\/\" son in which the teacher discussed her experiences of \u201cmaking out\u201d with the child, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2024\/05\/03\/us-news\/wisconsin-elementary-school-teacher-madison-bergmann-arrested-for-making-out-with-student\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">New York Post<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/student-hit-3-charges-deplorable-classroom-attack-teacher-caught-camera\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">teacher<\/a> to her how we talk.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In a twist, Bergmann\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/woman-takes-wedding-dress-picture-front-mirrors-comes-horrifying-realization-looks-photo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wedding<\/a> is slated in three months, according to the Post.<\/p>\n<p>River Crest Principal Kimberly Osterhues released a statement to parents and members of the school community after the arrest.<\/p>\n<p>River Crest Elementary is part of the Hudson School District.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are shocked and disturbed by this news,\u201d Osterhues wrote in the statement, per CBS News. \u201cOur greatest concern is for the River Crest School community and the children impacted.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Hudson School District has placed Bergmann on administrative leave in the wake of the arrest, the Post reported.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/disgusting-teacher-goes-viral-violent-response-student-allegedly-using-racial-slur\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">teacher<\/a> was released after posting a $25,000 signature bond, and her next court appearance is slated for May
