Israel will be less secure. The Middle East will be less secure,\u201d Pompeo stated. \u201cThe entire region will be less stable.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In Sunday\u2019s interview, Pompeo said Iran\u2019s ayatollah regime does not understand diplomacy and agreements and only understands strength. (Photo by ANDREW HARNIK\/POOL\/AFP via Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cPresident Trump was very clear that this would be the direction for the United States of America, that we would do the right thing by our friends and allies,\u201d Pompeo said. \u201cI think the Iranians have come to believe that they can threaten and bluster receive things in exchange for nothing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pompeo reiterated Iran is hoping that Biden will leave its regional aggression unanswered.
