While his successor, Vice Chairman Greg Abel, 61, will be there, this will be the first meeting without his business partner Charlie Munger, who died in November 2023 at 99.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, shareholders will vote on directors for its board and some six proposals. The meeting is preceded by a festival throughout the city that includes Berkshire Hathaway-owned companies selling merchandise. Munger and Buffett Squishmallows will be for sale. A local bookstore, The Bookworm, will sell Munger\u2019s <em>Poor Charlie\u2019s Almanack <\/em>book.
