He approached the podium wearing Biden\u2019s classic aviator sunglasses.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI love the merch,\u201d Hamill joked. \u201cBut listen, I just want to say I was honored to be asked to come to the White House to meet the president, the most legislatively successful president in my lifetime.<br \/>You know, I don\u2019t have to go through the list. The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, the PACT Act, the CHIPS Act, all that, inflation, 15 million jobs. It\u2019s all good.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hamill claimed his expectation was to be with the president for five minutes, but he was given an exclusive look at Biden\u2019s photos and met his staff. The actor did not mention any discussion about policies. He has been involved in Ukraine\u2019s war with Russia as he voices a downloadable app that notifies Ukrainians of air raids.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI had no idea just what went into what is on his plate on a daily basis,\u201d Hamill said. \u201cIt just shows you that one person can be so influential and so positive in our lives.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre also avoided any further detail about Hamill\u2019s visit.
