Nickelodeon has hired or worked with several people <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2024\/03\/28\/media\/nickelodeon-hired-or-worked-with-child-molesters-pedophiles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>accused<\/a> of sex abuse or pedophilia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2018Quiet on Set\u2019s\u2019 portrayal of Schneider is a hit job,\u201d Schneider\u2019s lawsuit reads. \u201cWhile it is indisputable that two <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/ex-nickelodeon-exec-sues-quiet-on-set-producers-for-defamation\/\" title=\"Former Nickelodeon Executive Files Defamation Lawsuit Against 'Quiet On Set' Producers\">bona fide child sexual abusers worked<\/a> on Nickelodeon shows, it is likewise indisputable that Schneider had no knowledge of their abuse, was not complicit in the abuse, condemned the abuse once it was discovered and, critically, was not a child sexual abuser himself.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit names Warner Bros. It includes direct allegations of sexual harassment and gender discrimination from women who worked on his show <em>All That<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The female <em>All That<\/em> writers claim he displayed pornography on his computer in front of them and asked for massages, joking that cooperation would lead to their sketches making the show. Schneider denied these allegations.<\/p>\n<p>Schneider previously <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=MX9pLTuGX_M\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>apologized<\/a> for \u201cpast behaviors, some of which are embarrassing and that I regret\u201d shortly after the release of <em>Quiet on Set<\/em> but did not admit to sexual abuse.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement sent to the <em>Washington Examiner<\/em>, Schneider said the docuseries \u201chighlighted mistakes I made and poor judgment I exhibited during my time at Nickelodeon \u2026 There is no doubt that I was sometimes a bad leader.\u201d Schneider said he is \u201csincerely apologetic and regretful for that behavior, and I will continue to take accountability for it.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHowever, after seeing Quiet on Set and its Trailer, and the reactions to them, I sadly have no choice but to take legal action against the people behind it,\u201d he continued. \u201cIn their successful attempt to mislead viewers and increase ratings, they went beyond reporting the truth and falsely implied that I was involved in or facilitated horrific crimes for which actual <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/lincoln-project-disavows-co-founder-amid-reports-he-sent-sexually-explicit-messages-to-multiple-young-men\/\" title=\"Lincoln Project disavows co-founder amid reports he sent sexually explicit messages to multiple young men\">child predators<\/a> have been prosecuted and convicted.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CLICK HERE TO READ MORE FROM THE WASHINGTON EXAMINER<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have no objection to anyone highlighting my failures as a boss, but it is wrong to mislead millions of people to the false conclusion that I was in any way involved in heinous acts like those committed by child predators,\u201d Schneider added. \u201cI owe it to myself, my family, and the many wonderful people involved in making these shows to set the record straight.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The <em>Washington Examiner<\/em> reached out to Nickelodeon for comment.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ex-Nickelodeon producer Dan Schneider files defamation suit against Quiet On Set makers for alleging child abuse.
