I definitely owe some people a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/nickelodeon-star-melissa-joan-hart-responds-to-quiet-on-the-set-allegations-believe-them-100-percent\/\" title=\"Nickelodeon Star Melissa Joan Hart Responds To \u2018Quiet On the Set\u2019 Allegations: \u2018Believe Them 100 Percent\u2019\">pretty strong apology<\/a>,\u201d Schneider said in late March, as The Daily Wire previously <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/former-nickelodeon-producer-reacts-to-child-abuse-doc-owe-some-people-a-pretty-strong-apology\">reported<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The new <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/topic\/lawsuit\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">lawsuit<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  states that while he takes responsibility for his actions, \u201cQuiet on Set\u201d was \u201ca hit job\u201d which insinuated that Schneider \u201csexually abused the children who worked on his television shows.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cWhile it is indisputable that two bona fide child sexual abusers worked on Nickelodeon shows, it is likewise indisputable that Schneider had no knowledge of their abuse, was not complicit in the abuse, condemned the abuse once it was discovered and, critically, was not a child sexual abuser himself,\u201d the lawsuit says, per <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/entertainment\/tv\/2024\/05\/01\/dan-schneider-sues-defamation-quiet-on-set-series\/73531094007\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">USA Today<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cDefendants have destroyed Schneider\u2019s reputation and legacy through the false statements and implications that Schneider is exactly that,\u201d it states. \u201cAt times, he was blind to the pain that some of his behaviors caused certain colleagues, subordinates, and cast members. He will regret and atone for this behavior the rest of his life.
