Boone, Peloton\u2019s chairwoman, and Bruzzo, a director at the company, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2024\/05\/02\/peloton-ceo-barry-mccarthy-steps-down-15percent-of-staff-laid-off.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>will serve as interim CEOs<\/a> while the company seeks a permanent one.<\/p>\n<p>Peloton is also seeking to <a href=\"https:\/\/investor.onepeloton.com\/news-releases\/news-release-details\/peloton-announces-cost-reduction-efforts-position-company\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>downsize its employment by approximately 15%<\/a>, which is expected to affect roughly 400 employees.<\/p>\n<figure><figcaption>FILE \u2013 A Peloton logo is seen on the company\u2019s stationary bicycle on Nov. 19, 2019, in San Francisco.
