Sanders \u2063criticizes \u2063the Biden \u2063administration&#8217;s gender\u2064 ideology and its impact on female athletes and privacy.\u2064 The \u200border emphasizes\u200b the celebration of sex differences and highlights potential legal\u2062 action \u2064against funding loss due to\u2064 the new regulations.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<p>Arkansas Governor Sarah Sanders (R) is ordering her state to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fla-to-withhold-funding-if-local-school-boards-maintain-unlawful-mask-orders\/\" title=\"Fla. to withhold funding if local school boards maintain unlawful mask orders\">follow state law<\/a> over the Biden administration\u2019s new interpretation of Title IX, prohibiting men from competing in women\u2019s sports.<\/p>\n<p>In an executive order obtained by The Daily Wire that Sanders will unveil on Thursday afternoon, the governor slams the Biden administration for its attempt \u201cto unilaterally rewrite federal law to advance its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/gop-the-fight-against-critical-race-theory-has-only-just-begun\/\" title=\"GOP: The Fight Against Critical Race Theory Has Only Just Begun\">radical gender ideology<\/a> against women and girls.\u201d Sanders calls it a \u201cplainly ridiculous change\u201d and says it will lead to biological males \u201cunfairly competing\u201d against females and violating their bathroom privacy.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this month, Biden\u2019s Education Department unveiled new Title IX regulations blocking schools from enforcing blanket bans on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bulls-megan-rapinoe-slams-chappelle-navratilova-opponents-of-men-in-womens-sports\/\" title=\"Megan Rapinoe criticizes Chappelle, Navratilova, and those against men in women's sports as 'Bulls***'.\">transgender-identifying males<\/a> in girls\u2019 sports. Title IX is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/texas-sues-biden-admin-over-new-transgender-title-ix-rules\/\" title=\"Texas files lawsuit against Biden Administration over new Title IX rules for transgender individuals\">1972 federal civil rights law prohibiting sex-based discrimination<\/a> at schools that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/mayo-clinic-debuts-woke-policies-including-wearable-pronoun-buttons\/\" title=\"Mayo Clinic Debuts Woke Policies Including Wearable Pronoun Buttons\">receive federal funding<\/a>. The new rules are set to take effect in August.<\/p>\n<p>In her order, Sanders said female students must not be denied equal athletic opportunities or forced to risk their safety by playing with biological males. The order also says Arkansas public schools must not force students to shower or undress with members of the opposite sex, and should abide by state law that guarantees their privacy, the order says.<\/p>\n<p>Arkansas policy is that \u201csex is an immutable characteristic of the human body, rooted in biology and the created order,\u201d and \u201cthe government should celebrate, not erase, sex differences by providing proper protections for them,\u201d the order says.<\/p>\n<p>The order also says students and public school employees may not be forced to use \u201cfalse pronouns,\u201d citing the First Amendment.<\/p>\n<p>Sanders ordered the Arkansas education department to provide \u201cspecific guidance\u201d on how to enforce Arkansans\u2019 rights \u201cdespite\u201d Biden\u2019s \u201cunlawful\u201d new Title IX rules.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt no point should Arkansas law be ignored,\u201d the order reads.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Biden administration\u2019s facially absurd redefinition of sex in Title IX turns back the clock on women\u2019s opportunities, erodes student privacy, threatens women\u2019s sports, and erases women,\u201d Sanders\u2019 order reads. \u201cThe Biden administration redefines \u2018sex\u2019 to fit its own absurd political ideology \u2014 not science \u2014 and imposes it on women, girls, and children.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The administration has \u201crejected reality and chosen to appease their left-wing base over students\u2019 safety and best interests,\u201d the order says.<\/p>\n<p>Riley Gaines, former NCAA championship swimmer, will speak at the executive order\u2019s announcement. Gaines is a vocal advocate for women\u2019s sports who argues that trans-identifying males should not be allowed to compete alongside women and girls.<\/p>\n<p>Sanders also warned that Arkansas is prepared to sue the Biden administration if schools lose any funding due to the new regulations. At least nine states have already <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/more-states-file-flurry-of-lawsuits-against-biden-admin-over-transgender-title-ix-rules\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">filed<\/a> lawsuits over the new rules.<\/p>\n<p>The full text of the order obtained by The Daily Wire can be read below:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>E.O. 24-06:<\/strong>       <strong>EXECUTIVE ORDER TO PROTECT ARKANSAS STUDENTS, WOMEN, AND GIRLS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">WHEREAS:\u00a0\u00a0 Title IX was signed into law in 1972 and contained a succinct 37 words;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">WHEREAS:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Title IX was passed to protect women, not harm them;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">WHEREAS:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The Biden administration is attempting to unilaterally rewrite federal law to advance its radical gender ideology against women and girls;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">WHEREAS:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0On April 19, 2024, the U.S. Department of Education released its final rule, in a document with a staggering 459,804 words, \u201creinterpreting\u201d Title IX;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">=WHEREAS:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The new Title IX rule will unilaterally expand the long-standing prohibition based on \u201csex\u201d discrimination to include \u201cgender identity\u201d;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">WHEREAS:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The Biden administration redefines \u201csex\u201d to fit its own absurd political ideology\u2014not science\u2014and imposes it on women, girls, and children;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">WHEREAS:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The Government should celebrate sex differences between men and women \u2013 not erase them. <em>See <\/em>Executive Order 23-30 to <em>Eliminate Woke, Anti-Women Words from State Government and Respect Women<\/em>, signed October 19, 2023;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">WHEREAS:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The Biden administration\u2019s facially absurd redefinition of sex in Title IX turns back the clock on women\u2019s opportunities, erodes student privacy, threatens women\u2019s sports, and erases women;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">WHEREAS:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The Biden administration\u2019s rewriting of Title IX discrimination on the basis of \u201csex\u201d to include discrimination on the basis of \u201cgender identity\u201d is a plainly ridiculous change that will lead to males unfairly competing in women\u2019s sports; receiving access to women\u2019s and girls\u2019 locker rooms, bathrooms, and private spaces; and competing for women\u2019s scholarships;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">WHEREAS:\u00a0\u00a0 The Biden administration has rejected reality and chosen to appease their left-wing base over students\u2019 safety and best interests;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">WHEREAS:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u201cSex\u201d has long been understood as binary biological characteristics \u2013 male (an individual who has, will, or would but for a medical abnormality produce the male reproductive gamete) or female (an individual who has, will, or would but for a medical abnormality produce the female reproductive gamete);<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">WHEREAS:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The Arkansas legislature has defined sex in Act 317 of 2023, on the basis of biology;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">WHEREAS:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The Arkansas legislature has enacted law, Act 317 of 2023, ensuring that public schools designate restrooms based on sex;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">WHEREAS:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Act 317 of 2023 further ensures that students share sleeping quarters with students of the same sex or are provided with single-occupancy sleeping quarters;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">WHEREAS:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The Arkansas legislature enacted law in Act 461 of 2021, <em>Fairness in Women\u2019s Sports Act<\/em>, that mandates that when schools choose to make a designation, they must do so based on biological sex \u2013 male or female;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">WHEREAS:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The Arkansas legislature enacted law in Act 542 of 2023, the \u201c<em>Given Name Act<\/em>,\u201d which makes clear that\u00a0employees of public schools and state-supported institutions of higher education do not shed their constitutional rights to freedom of speech or expression at work;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">WHEREAS: \u00a0 The State of Arkansas will pursue legal action, to the extent available by law, from the Biden Administration for any financial loss, including loss of funding, incurred by the state due to the passage of the Biden administration\u2019s unscientific agendas;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">NOW, THEREFORE, I, SARAH HUCKABEE SANDERS, acting under the authority vested in me as the Governor of the State of Arkansas, do hereby proclaim:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">It is declared to be the policy of this state that sex is an immutable characteristic of the human body, rooted in biology and the created order. The government should celebrate, not erase, sex differences by providing proper protections for them.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">The educational institutions of Arkansas will continue to enforce state law guaranteeing the right of students to maintain their privacy. Students must not be forced to shower or undress with members of the opposite sex.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Female students must not be denied equal athletic opportunities or forced to risk their safety by having biological males placed into female-designated sports leagues.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Students and employees of Arkansas\u2019 educational institutions may not be forced to use false pronouns. The right to refuse to speak a lie is guaranteed in the First Amendment. My administration will continue to protect this fundamental right.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">All accused individuals must be given robust, traditional due process rights if they are accused of harassment under the Biden Title IX Amendment.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Arkansas Department of Education is ordered to provide specific guidance on how to enforce the rights of Arkansans to equal opportunity, free speech, due process, and privacy under the U.S. Constitution, Title IX, and state law, despite the Biden administration\u2019s unlawful administrative rule.
