Her involvement in violent crimes and controversial\u200d racial views have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/senate-confirms-ketanji-brown-jackson-for-supreme-court\/\" title=\"Senate Confirms Ketanji Brown Jackson for Supreme Court\">raised significant concerns<\/a> about her credibility \u2062and suitability for the position. The Daily \u200cSignal discloses concerns about Kristen Clarke, head of the\u2063 DOJ&#8217;s Civil Rights Division, possibly lying during her 2021 confirmation. Her history of violent crimes and contentious racial beliefs has sparked doubts about her credibility and fitness for the role.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<p><?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><\/p>\n<div class=\"article-content\">\n<p>According to The Daily Signal, there is a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailysignal.com\/2024\/04\/30\/exclusive-dojs-kristen-clarke-testified-she-was-never-arrested-court-records-and-text-messages-indicate-she-was\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">strong indication<\/a> that Kristen Clarke, who now leads the DOJ\u2019s Civil Rights Division, lied during her confirmation process in 2021. In written questions, Sen. Tom Cotton had asked Clarke: \u201cSince becoming a legal adult, have you ever been arrested for or accused of committing a violent crime against any person.\u201d Her answer was \u201cNo.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Clarke, who was arrested in July 2006, allegedly attacked her husband with a knife, \u201cdeeply slicing his finger to the bone.\u201d Her pedantic argument is that her record was expunged. But the incident meets all the criteria of being \u201caccused\u201d of a \u201cviolent crime.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2-long d-flex justify-content-center\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center; \" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-219034421\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1379703300879-0\" class=\"mb-30\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-279eb134183a7f1857eb8c06926ef0fe fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-279eb134183a7f1857eb8c06926ef0fe\"><\/div>\n<p>Listen, we have no clue how the knife incident went down. It\u2019s a personal matter. Clarke <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2024\/05\/01\/politics\/kristen-clarke-justice-department-domestic-violence\/index.html\">says<\/a> it happened after years of domestic abuse. Maybe her then-husband had it coming. Maybe not. She still lied to the Senate. And it\u2019s not the only thing she lied about. <\/p>\n<p>Clarke, recall, was ahead of the curve in spreading the racist pseudoscientific quackery that has popularized on modern campuses. As president of the Black Student Association at Harvard in the 1990s, she authored a wild <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecrimson.com\/article\/1994\/10\/28\/blacks-seek-an-end-to-abuse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">letter<\/a> to the Crimson, arguing that the structure of the black person\u2019s brain made them superior to other races. Chemicals in the brain, Clarke went on, imbued the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/knowles-the-strongest-argument-for-abortion\/\" title=\"KNOWLES:\u00a0The Strongest Argument for Abortion\">black race<\/a> with \u201csuperior physical and mental abilities\u201d and \u201cspiritual abilities,\u201d and \u201c[m]elanin endows Blacks with greater mental, physical and spiritual abilities \u2014\u00a0something which cannot be measured based on Eurocentric standards.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>For context, Farrakhanites were gaining entry into the academic world in the late 1980s and 1990s. A few years earlier, Harvard\u2019s Black Students Association had invited Leonard Jeffries, a proponent of the same melanin theory Clarke claimed was satire, to speak. Jeffries\u2019 big addition to public discourse was theorizing that the Mafia and American Jews \u2014 \u201cdogs\u201d and \u201cskunks\u201d \u2014 had a secret cabal to destroy black Americans.<\/p>\n<p>(Leonard, by the way, is the uncle of Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries. The nephew is, of course, not responsible for the uncle\u2019s sins \u2014 even if the nephew happened to defend his uncle and Nation of Islam grand poobah Louis Farrakhan when <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timesofisrael.com\/pro-israel-rep-jeffries-penned-defense-of-uncles-antisemitism-and-farrakhan-in-90s\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">he was in college<\/a>. No doubt, the skills he learned would come in handy defending Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib.)<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-841b7338e3ff0f1ebf74ae56ab71c7cb fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-6\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-841b7338e3ff0f1ebf74ae56ab71c7cb\"><\/div>\n<p>In any event, many of us flirt with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/adopt-a-gang-banger-greg-gutfeld-has-a-solution-for-democrats-who-dont-want-gang-members-deported\/\" title=\"\u2018Adopt-A-Gang-Banger\u2019: Greg Gutfeld Has A Solution For Democrats Who Don\u2019t Want Gang Members Deported\">stupid ideas<\/a> in our youth. Instead of admitting to a youthful dalliance with phrenology, Clarke claimed the letter had been a parody mocking the controversial book <em>The Bell Curve<\/em>. The left-wing media, naturally, repeated this contention as fact even though there was zero evidence the letter was anything but earnest. No contemporaneous account calls it satire, and the Harvard editors who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecrimson.com\/article\/1994\/11\/4\/clarke-should-retract-statements-pbtbwo-years\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">called her out for bigotry<\/a> didn\u2019t view it as such.<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, only a month after writing the letter \u2014 by sheer happenstance \u2014 Clarke invited a Holocaust-denying fraud named Anthony Martin, then a professor at Wellesley College, to speak on campus. Martin argued the ancient Greeks had stolen culture from African blacks and that Jews were predominately at fault for the American slave trade, among other fictions. Clarke called Martin, the author of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/graham-how-to-blow-up-the-lefts-terrorist-narrative\/\" title=\"GRAHAM: How to Blow Up The Left\u2019s Terrorist Narrative\">book titled<\/a> <em>The Jewish Onslaught<\/em>, an \u201cintelligent, well-versed Black intellectual who bases his information on indisputable fact.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That was all a long time ago. But 2019 is not so long ago. That\u2019s the year Clarke <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/biden-doj-pick-defense-ex-womens-march-leader\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">signed a letter<\/a> supporting <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/now\/women-march-leader-defends-decision-180942525.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Farrakhan<\/a> fangirl Tamika Mallory \u2014 who reportedly believes many of the same things Martin did \u2014 <em>a year<\/em> after we learned that the Women\u2019s March co-founder was spreading the kind of racist ideas Clarke embraced during her Harvard days. <\/p>\n<p>In 2020, Clarke also penned a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsweek.com\/i-prosecuted-police-killings-defund-police-strategic-opinion-1510018\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Newsweek op-ed<\/a> titled, \u201cI Prosecuted Police Killings. Defund the Police \u2014 But Be Strategic.\u201d And, of course, she is free to take any position she likes on law enforcement. But when asked by Congress if she supported defunding the police, Clarke claimed that her column \u2014 which, incidentally, repeatedly features the words \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cmust,\u201d \u201cinvest,\u201d \u201cless,\u201d \u201cin,\u201d \u201cpolice,\u201d in succession \u2014 was not about \u201cdefunding the police.\u201d <\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-1b7fab2ed0d513d2867b2b76f0ed6298 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-10\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-1b7fab2ed0d513d2867b2b76f0ed6298\"><\/div>\n<p>None of these are big lies. Just a string of small, obvious ones. Of course, if you switched the words \u201cblack\u201d and \u201cwhite\u201d in this post, Kristen Clarke wouldn\u2019t get in the door of any respectable law firm, much less get through a Senate confirmation hearing. Rightly so.<\/p>\n<p>Instead, this lifelong <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailysignal.com\/2022\/10\/26\/dojs-kristen-clarke-pro-abortion-activist-enforcing-law-pro-lifers\/\">unhinged<\/a> leftist, who spent decades pushing identitarian ideas after college, was confirmed by the Senate. To the surprise of no one, she abused her power and weaponized the DOJ, which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/biden-doj-under-fire-prosecuting-75-year-old-pro-life-activist-taking-no-action-violent-dnc-rioters\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">targeted elderly peaceful pro-life protesters <\/a>while giving <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2023\/04\/13\/bidens-doj-recommends-no-jail-time-for-church-vandal-report\/\">leftists<\/a> and antisemites a pass.
