Episode 5 of \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/show\/judged-by-matt-walsh\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Judged by Matt Walsh<\/a>\u201d was just as full of twists and turns as the four that preceded it. The theme of this week was \u201cboundaries\u201d \u2013 or lack thereof.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">First up, plaintiff Sabine Beauchamp explained how she was suing her brother for engaging in a romantic relationship with her boyfriend and causing her \u201cemotional distress.\u201d She was seeking $2,000 to account for her emotional turmoil plus all the money she put into the relationship.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cI found out that he was sleeping with my man at the time,\u201d Beauchamp began before Judge Walsh cut her off.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cI already don\u2019t want to hear anything else about this case. Case dismissed,\u201d he replied, before reluctantly agreeing to hear more details about the sibling drama.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Beauchamp went on to discuss how she\u2019s very close with her brother and started sharing details about a new boyfriend she met on Tinder. The plaintiff said she must have told her brother \u201ctoo many details\u201d because it made him want to also become involved with the man she was seeing. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Next, Beauchamp described introducing her boyfriend to her brother after six months of dating. During the introduction, which took place at a bar, she recalls them giving each other \u201cgoogly eyes.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Judge Walsh asked the bailiff to describe \u201cgoogly eyes.\u201d The bailiff said they come from the arts and crafts store, which caused the judge to temporarily lose his patience and bang the gavel. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cAre you telling me that a woman has never given you googly eyes? Is that what I\u2019m getting from this?\u201d Walsh asked, which caused the bailiff to hang his head. \u201cWhy did it have to get sad like that?\u201d Walsh said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Beauchamp continued laying out her case. She said her brother went to use the bathroom, and a few minutes later her brother also said he had to go to the bathroom. Walsh observed that while women are known to use the restroom at the same time, it\u2019s not as common for men.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cIn fact, if I notice that I\u2019m going to the bathroom and there\u2019s a guy that I know also going to the bathroom that I\u2019m going to, I don\u2019t want to go be in the bathroom at the same time as him. So one of us has to peel off. This should be suspicious to you \u2013 not just suspicious, but this is like a glaring warning sign that something\u2019s going on,\u201d the wise judge said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Defendant Jam Dubuisson insisted that nothing was going on between him and his sister\u2019s boyfriend. The bailiff was instructed to read <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bidens-staff-told-us-he-misspoke-joe-biden-confuses-his-agenda-in-60-minutes-interview-so-his-staff-steps-in-to-correct-the-record-video\/\" title=\"\"Biden's Staff Told Us He Misspoke\" - Joe Biden Confuses His Agenda in 60 Minutes Interview so His Staff Steps in to Correct the Record (VIDEO)\">text messages<\/a> submitted as evidence, which he did with the added flair of making a kissing noise to reflect the kissing face emoji. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The text message reading got even wilder as the bailiff imitated the see no evil monkey emoji after comments made about how the other person\u2019s body looks in certain outfits.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cPlease take these out back and burn them,\u201d Judge Walsh instructed the bailiff after viewing printouts of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/times-up-leader-protected-popular-doctor-accused-of-sexual-assault-told-accuser-its-never-worth-it-to-report-sexual-harassment\/\" title=\"Time\u2019s Up Leader Protected Popular Doctor Accused Of Sexual Assault, Told Accuser It\u2019s \u2018Never Worth It\u2019 To Report Sexual Harassment\">text exchange<\/a> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dubuisson denied that the text messages were from him. \u201cMy sister has a tendency that when things go wrong, she comes up with somebody else to blame,\u201d he said before producing texts of his own which he claimed proved Beauchamp and her boyfriend broke up because she admitted to cheating.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The bailiff acted out the text exchange once again, sending the courtroom into fits of laughter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cI think back to a time just this morning when I hadn\u2019t met either of you or heard your story. Shaw said he works as a professional Santa Claus. He clarified that he \u201cdidn\u2019t do malls\u201d but rather visited people\u2019s houses \u201cwhere they\u2019re comfortable.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">After some confusion over whether Shaw asked the defendant, Deanna Maye, for money to reimburse him for purchasing batteries, which he first claimed to not remember doing, more drama about the situation was revealed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Shaw said he asked the defendant at one point if she would be his \u201cnumber one elf.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cNow, I want you to think long and hard about this question before you answer it. But when you looked at Miss Maye, what made you think, oh, she\u2019d be a great elf?\u201d Walsh asked.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cBecause she\u2019s little,\u201d Shaw replied. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cSo you looked at her and said, \u2018Oh, you\u2019re short. You could be an elf,\u201d Walsh replied. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cYeah,\u201d Shaw said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cWait, are there not services that Santas can go to to find an elf?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cI\u2019m sure they are, Your Honor.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cIs there not, like, a Craigslist for short people?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cYou\u2019re right,\u201d Shaw said. \u201cThere could be, but I just happened to meet this lady and thought she would be perfect for the job.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Shaw next described how he had a tendency to \u201crun his mouth,\u201d which led to him referring to the defendant\u2019s mother as his \u201cfuture mother-in-law.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Judge Walsh confirmed that Shaw was already married. He next made an astute observation. \u201cI\u2019m going to go out on a limb on this one,\u201d Walsh said. \u201cYour current marriage is not your first?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cOh, no, no,\u201d Shaw responded.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cHow many times have you been married?\u201d Walsh asked.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cUh, the lady I\u2019m married to now is number seven,\u201d the plaintiff admitted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Next up was Maye\u2019s chance to tell her side of the story. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">She said she did agree to work as an elf alongside Shaw, as a volunteer, despite what she perceived as inappropriate behavior on set together in the past. Maye produced proof of herself setting boundaries with Shaw after he allegedly proposed to her while they were working together for the second time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The bailiff was again asked to read the text exchange. For Shaw\u2019s messages, he threw in a few \u201cHo Ho Hos,\u201d which Judge Walsh chastised him for.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cYou\u2019re submitting things into evidence that are false. That\u2019s perjury.
