Merchan has decided, after weeks of Trump protesting the injustice of being forced to remain in New York for the momentous occasion, to let Trump attend the graduation after all.<\/p>\n<p>Newsweek reporter Katherine Fung, who has been updating all of the social media platform X on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/donald-trumps-criminal-hush-money-trial-set-for-march-25\/\" title=\"Trump's hush money trial scheduled for March 25\">hush money trial<\/a> from inside the courtroom, informed users that \u201cTrump will be allowed to attend Barron\u2019s graduation on May 17, Merchan rules. He says that with the trial moving per schedule, it will \u2018not be a problem\u2019 for Trump to attend his son\u2019s high school graduation.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Trump will be allowed to attend Barron\u2019s graduation on May 17, Merchan rules. He says that with the trial moving per schedule, it will \u201cnot be a problem\u201d for Trump to attend his son\u2019s high school graduation.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Katherine Fung (@katherinekfung) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/katherinekfung\/status\/1785302156016234908?\">April 30, 2024<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Taking place at Oxbridge Academy in West Palm Beach, Florida, on May 17, it had appeared, in the weeks leading up to the trial brought by New York City District Attorney <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-turns-tables-alvin-bragg-brilliant-bodega-move-day-2-trial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alvin Bragg<\/a> regarding the \u201chush money\u201d Trump allegedly paid porn actress Stormy Daniels, that the judge would not be so merciful, the <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2024\/04\/30\/judge-juan-merchan-donald-trump-barron-graduation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Daily Caller<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n<p>Trump had previously been unable to contain his frustration that this trial might make him miss this important day in his youngest son\u2019s life.<\/p>\n<div id=\"firefly-poll-container\">\n<p>Is Trump being persecuted?<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Trump said, \u201cThat I can\u2019t go to my son\u2019s graduation or that I can\u2019t go to the United States Supreme Court. That I\u2019m not in Georgia, or Florida, or North Carolina campaigning like I should be \u2026 It\u2019s perfect for the radical left Democrats. It\u2019s exactly what they want.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>After all, Merchan had prevented Trump from attending the Supreme Court hearings on April 25 regarding Trump\u2019s own <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/supreme-court-hands-trump-win-rejects-jack-smiths-request-expedite-presidential-immunity-decision\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">presidential immunity<\/a> case.<\/p>\n<p>So, how could Trump have any inkling that Merchan might show some leniency for this event?<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, it really should never have been a question of whether or not <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-miss-barrons-high-school-graduation-trial-kicks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trump<\/a> could attend his son\u2019s graduation.<\/p>\n<p>The only reason it had been a question was because of left\u2019s unbending cruelty towards Trump and their demented desire to make Trump\u2019s life as miserable as possible while undergoing these unjust trials.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-begins-deadline-day-fierce-shots-letitia-james-judge-engoron-biden-administration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Letitia James<\/a> tried to force Trump to pay a half a billion dollar fine for a \u201cfraud\u201d none of his banks or clients had ever complained about, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-savages-judge-engoron-whopping-350-million-fine-ruled-even-saw-case\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Judge Engoron<\/a> forced Trump to choose between attending his mother-in-law\u2019s funeral or attending his own trial.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s been hard to shake the impression that these legal cases have been personally motivated vendettas against Trump.<\/p>\n<p>This particular instance, of leaving <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/cruel-judge-considers-making-trump-miss-barrons-milestone-day\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trump<\/a> in suspense over whether or not he could attend his son\u2019s graduation, was just cruel.<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, Trump had to talk about this for weeks before Judge Merchan could finally be bothered to make a decision, as if he, or Bragg, just wanted to watch Trump suffer before they finally gave him permission.<\/p>\n<p>And it hasn\u2019t just been the different legal teams circling Trump like vultures.<\/p>\n<p>Trump has continued to receive attacks on all sides from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-takes-commanding-lead-biden-even-cnn-poll-shows-45-holds-major-advantage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">far-left media<\/a>.
